Family - March 2007

So, my 17th birthday is on Wednesday, but my family doesnt have ANY money at the moment, and I will not get to celebrate it until Thursday. I feel that this takes away from the special feeling of my birthday, and I'm not excited.
They can't even afford a cake until Thursday.

After her mom died fifteen years ago, the father remarries a woman with five children. She is his only biological child but failed to live with her nor support her and abused by step mom. she lives with antie since the age of 4 years she is now 18 years and doing form 5 last grade in senior secondary school. She needs to take tuition classes after school to enable her pass her GCE 'O' levels. He does not pay for the tuition but pays for the step children in his house. This has really frustrated to girl and she is showing signs of depression. Please help me with prayers to encourange her and reassure her that all will be well. she is a God-fearing child and well-disciplined.

I am 17 and i belive they need to make a decision because it is killing me because i live with my father and my mother moved out to take care of of her stroke riden mother. from there thier marriage went down hill. for a while there was talk of a divorece and my mother said it would come by jan 1st 2007 and that my father would be moved. ot never happened. my question is what is a way that i can tell my parents that this waiting is killing me and that i believe they need to make a decision. it is a back and forth situation. i have tried to talk to them both and get 2 diffrent answers. i am at the end of my rope. what can i do, can u help me?

what he likes, gundam toys. as in those you buy in a box and when you open it, you get a instructions booklet and LOTS of the toy parts. and you build. but they cost more than the money i saved!

Ok so I had to make a new account just to ask this question,but, i need to knwo your opinions
when i was around 5-10 I had a really clse relationship with my dad too close, i think... I'm not sure, and when I was eleven, i moved away to new york to live with my aunt, and I kinda feel like... embarassesd, and It doesnt really help that we never hardly talk agin, and if we did, akwardly.so i dont know what to think about him, any help?

ok my step does not want to let me go and see my real mom. i have been emailing my real mom and this is how i know. But she confronted my stepmom about and i get to go. my stepmom blamed it on her fear of flying.. ha ha funny i have been flying by my self since i was 5!!!!! so ya. but all the time she is super strict. i can never see my boyfriend of over 3 months outside of school. But anyway, how can i talk to my stepmom, who "tattles" on me to my dad all the time, about how i feel about her strictness? and i tried to before and it didn't go so well. my bf was allowed over once with his older sister who drove him to my house, all thanks to my dad, he had never met him before, but he and my mom got in a fight about it, a little one, in the end my dad won, then when he and sis got there my mom would not turn around and say hi, she later told me that he came over only cuz i "bitched to my dad..." her exact words. SOME ONE HELP ME!!!!!

Do you know what percentage of children grow up to be like their parents? And if so can we avoid it? I wonder how? I really don't want to grow up and act like my mother..I mean i love her and all...she just has some deep depression problems, and other things..it seems i'm becoming somewhat like her now..Please advise..

my dad molested my sister,(long time now) she is hurt obviously, she confronted him about it to get some closure, it is a situation u can never forget about. However, i was not a victim of my dad, but she wants me to ask him y he did it too. should i ask him? i think it would be awkward to ask him.

My mom put my sister up for adoption in 1977 at the blodget hospital in Grand Rapids MI. We are trying to locate her but are having no luck. The name my mom gave her is Tomara Sue Schuitema. I don't know how to go about this because i think birth records are sealed. Can anyone help?

He copped an attitude over his tv and tried to fight me like a man: however he couldn't handle me, so I pinned him on the floor. He managed to get a punch to my nose and run out the bedroom door. He went into the knife drawer and pulled out a butcher knife an started jabbing at me. He cut my 2 of my fingers deeply and I only recently got it to stop bleeding. The pain is aggravating and I really want to get even. He hasn't even be punished. Any suggestions, kept it mildly safe, but enough to satisfy.

My cousin and I were practically raised as brothers. We are that close. My cousin is dating a girl and is planning to ask her to marry him. The other day I was over at her house to see her parents on business. When I arrived, the parents weren't home just the daughter. She asked me in and then headed to the bathroom. When she came out she was naked and asked if I thought she was pretty and wanted me to shower with her. I dismissed myself and left. Should I tell my cousin and how? I know it will hurt him, but, if he gets hurt after the wedding its just as bad. What if He doesn't believe me.

My mom, grandmother, sister, 3 nieces, nefew came to town for sping break and in my house I allready have me, my wife, and three sons. We are all staying here and my wife is already losing it after just one day. Any "NICE" suggestions for my wife to relax. (small 3 bedroom house with 1 and a half baths and no money to escape)

All he does is sleep and play his X Box 360 from the time he gets up till he goes to bed at 3am. His grandmother will pay for his college but he couldn't even finish a semister and he won't try and get a job. He will not do anything around this house. My husband is the biggest BABY ever. He has been in bed since Thurs. mooring. He keeps asking for stuff every 20 minuets. Like get me the remote (which is on the night stand ) , for something to eat (then does not eat it ) , for something to drink (when there is a drink next to him ) . He is sleeping most of the day, then up most of the night. While I am sleeping, he keeps wakening me, so we can talk. His Mom called to see how I was !!! I told her I was going to bring him to her house !! She said NO WAY IN HE*L!! You keep him, Hess your now !!!
So my question is if I smother him with his pillow, would that be considered justified homicide?

I'm 14 now and have wanted to move into my dads house since I was 11. They have split custody. My dad lives closer to my provate highschool i will be attenting in the fall. We get along better. any other info u wannaknow ill tell u.
