Why dont you help the child that you care so much about instead of just offering her prayers??? If she is 18 then she can get a part time job - i know this sounds harsh but if thats the way she can afford it then that needs to be done.
If she is in the uk she can contact EMA to get funding for her exams
I never had any extra tuition in my exams.
