Family - February 2007

So my parents have been fighting a lot lately, and its taking a toll on me. Me and my mom are in a big fight on top of that, and my dad wont stick up for me. But, when my brother is in any trouble at all, and they blow up at him, its only a matter of a few minutes or hours before they go up into his room to apologize or see how hes doing. I've been in my room ALL day (not exaggerating) and no one has come up to say theyre sorry or even to check on me. I haven't even had dinner yet, and obviously they dont care about that even. I feel so unloved and I feel that my brother is the one who is more cared for. They call me a liar and blame me for everything. They even call me fat. What kind of parents are these? Please help...I need someone to talk to.

Ok, I am 12 years old and I have a half brother. My dad got married to a lady, had him, got divorced, and married my mom. I am a very spolied person, not a poor person. My bro is bipolar, and a while back he bagn having achoholic problems. He has now been sober for about a year, and recently moved to Colorado (I live in Texas). He doesn't have a car or anything. I am extremely shy and it is always completley awkward arounh him, and now I won't get to see him for possible years. Any suggestions how to maybe help otu relationship? (I can nto call him, he does nto have a computer)

My family is so mad at me and I feel so sad. They say its my mouth that gets me into trouble and stuff cause I talkk back to my parents. My parents are the old fashioned type.

A few days ago my dad went on my MSN account and read all my contacts and I had guys on my contact list (duh??!?) and he got mad and wondered what I talked to them about. Like HELLO!?! Whats wrong with TALKING to them. They are people too.

And I get yelled at and stuff an I cant stand it. And whenever Im on the computer my parents are constantly hovering over my shoulder.

PLEASE HELP ME! I am constantly being yelled at and stuff and I feel hated. Please ANSWER. And PLEASE email me if you need any more info on my problem. Id be so GLAD if you could help.

I am Indian. My sister has married an African American man without our knowledge. Usually, most Indian woman marry Indian man. Nobody in our family married non-Indian man.
Plus, she ran away from the house and started living with him.
She didn't even think about my mother who has been working at McDonald's so she can get Cosmetologist license.
She stayed with us until she got her Cosmetology license.
I think she used us.
My mother was hoping that she would support her since she worked really hard at McDonald's to support her education.

Do u think I should talk to her?

My husband and my son fight all the time and put me in the middle. My son is only 5 and my husband acts like he is 5. My husband will pinch my son and run. Then my son will tell me then my husband says he didn't. Crazy. But I know my husband did. Also, when my husband tells my son to do something and my son will come tell me and I tell him to listen to him. Then my husband gets mad at the both of us and says he gets no respect. ?? First, why would he get mad at me if I was on his side? Second, if he would act like an adult and quit lying, and be serious with us maybe my son would think of him in a differant way. One more thing, my son is scared of the dark and sleeps with the light on. I have tried night lights and my mom says it's just a faze he's going through. BUt my husband tells my son he doesn't get to sleep with the light on and calls him a baby! I'm sorry but I think that's mean! He forgets my son is only 5. And if the lights keep him out of our bed then I don't see the harm.

for ex. yesterday, i was sharing a story with her and I said something like "you know what that means" she looked at the ceiling and said "i'm sure your gonna tell me". she is harder to get to do her chores and get to bed when i tell her. her father and i are seperated, so i am sure she is feeling stress from this. even though she denies anything is bothering her. i've tried to sit down and talk with her about it but she acts like nothing is wrong. is this acceptable attitude? i don't wanna alienate her and i want her to be open to talk to me. so how do i deal with her. and i wanna make sure i'm not being too touchy. i'm sure i'm stressed too.

my dad wont let me walk to the store its close like 5 minutes its day light out he thinks he will go to prison and we were out but he wouldnt get them then and tommorow he has to work nights and he probaly wont get them like he said he would and every time i want to get pop for my friend and me he wont take me so i say ill walk then he wont let me he also wont let me take money for my book fees to school its only 57 dollars i wont tell any one about it he always is annoying and we fight and argue and sometimes he yells at me for no reason it and hes going to let me go to europe over the summer i know theres adults he met and he met all the kids but i cant even walk to the store he thinks he has to give me all the money but im earning it and ppl are helping me he doesnt get it but it doesnt matter and we argue about that i go crazy sometimes to we always argue and he sleeps in the living room and snores loud an me and we cant be on the computer because its so annoying

hi everyone,
i have little problem as we live in Australia and my brother in law in Saudi arebia they want to migrate here on our sponsorship visa my husband is very excited to bring them here and he believe that it is his duty to help his younger brother but i don't want them as i don't go well with his wife in past they never helped us but my husband has already forgotten .i know when they will come here there will be fight between us because my sis in law is always try to put me down specially in front of my husband and inlaws and i can't stand it.in past i try to be nice with her but she just can't change she plays game with me and i get trapped i don't know how to deal with her.now i know they are using us and i don't want this to happen and i just don't want to spoil peace in my life and so please suggest me something.

i found out that the house my x-husband owns a home and several other things that his mother said my son has know rites to. see has moved into the house and also signed my son's fathers name on a title and stamped it to apply for a lost title months after the death she is a notary therefore she feels that she can get away with it but i'm not going to just sit back and watch her take away from my son. someone please tell me what i can do or what i have to do to get what belongs to my son.

I showed my parents my myspace and my mother thinks its a bad idea to have one since every "scientist" says its bad. I told her that my friends are everyone from school (the truth) but she thinks that I really dont have 100 friends from school. i know i am not the favorite child in my family i know my brother is because my parents are always talking about them to there friends and i am rarely talkin about and because how his sports and i dont do sports there always talking ablut ohh my son honor roll i make honor roll and have good grades whats with that

shouldnt you love all of your children the same even though there actions may not be so well
