If she had a child and you know the ladies name or child you can go to a lawyer and tell them you have reason to believe that she had your child. Alot of times they can and will give you free consultations as to what to do and then go from there. good luck.

Look up her name on the web. Go to classmates.com And if you still can't find her let her come to you. And when she does tell her that you tried to find her with no luck
