Try to follow the rules. Don't eat in gym. It is unsanitary and you might drop something that someone could slip on and get injured.
Did she really throw a ball at you? Or was she trying to involve you in the activity that you should have been doing, rather than sneaking cheese puffs? Your feelings are obviously hurt, but this is the teacher's living. If what you say is true would it really be worth making a big enough deal over to cost someone their income?
If you really suspect that she mistreated you ask your parents to schedule a conference.
Try being obedient in school. You are there to learn, not to be a problem. Teachers sometimes have a bad day like anyone else. There are pressures that you cannot imagine that come with the job. Then there are the life pressures of being an adult as well. Be respectful. Sooner than you think it will be your turn!

You should definitely tell the principal. This sounds like your being abused.
