Anybody can if they have your parents permission

This is a question about authority. And that can vary between families, cultures, and countries. Generally speaking, family is the only authority there is outside of police, and court systems and government that most people will always recognize. In the absence of parents, whatever family we are then staying with has the authority to do this and that authority should be respected. If the parents are still around, then they can tell you the answer to that question about your other relative's authority over you.
Hope this helps.

No, but they can lock you in a small, dark and crampt space for weeks on end. They are also known for beating kids with reeds or metal rods, whichever is more handy. This classification of relative is generally considered the watchdog for your parents and will if given the chance throw you down a flight of stairs.

It depends who you live with. If you are visiting them, your other relatives and are staying in their home, then I suppose they have that right. But if you did something in your own home and your parents didn't do anything, then I don't think they have the authority. But you should always respect and listen to other adults especially if they are familly.

Simple. Respect your elders. If you are at your grandparents house you need to respect them and do what you are told. I remember getting a spanking with a belt from my uncle for mouthing off at his house. Needless to say, I was respectful after that.

Depends what kind of family you have. If they help raise you they sure can!
Before our society fell here in America we had much better kids then today. A one parent family or even a two parent family has difficulties raising kids....wish there were some kind of manual...

They do have the authority to do that if they are watching you a period of time.

Only if your parents have left you under their care. Then they can. You need to talk to your parents about this situation.

I ground my goddaughter when she needs it. Only people who love you can discipline you, by the way.
