Okay let's begin.
I wash the dishes, take out the trash, collect all the cans & bottles, clean the bathroom, do the laundry, help cook dinner, mow the lawn, help build sheds, move furniture YET i still don't DO ENOUGH TO RECEIVE AN ALLOWANCE. anyways, when we go out to fast food restaurants he does buy me a meal only my little brother and my little sister. I have to skip studying and my daily reading, which is for a book report because it takes two hours to cook dinner. I can't go upstairss while dinner is being made. I have to wash dishes it there is only two dishes in the sink. He wakes me up in the middle of the night because my brother wet his pants and he does not want to DEAL WITH IT. I don't go out on the weekends because HE NEEDS HELP. I don't party. I don't do drugs. Now I'm failing because i don't have to time to finish my homework or study. any advice, tips, comments, etc.

My cousin is 38 years old, and I'm 20 years old....I understand that the 18 year age difference between my cousin and I is a huge age difference. However, this is my junior year of college, and im taking on a lot more responsibilities....which proves that im no longer a child. How can i get my cousin to see me as an adult and not as a 5 year old child?

I often invite her to come over and spend the night and then we sleep in the same bed and stay up and talk until 3 in the morning. Over the years we have really fallen in love. We have the same likes and she is exactly what I am looking for in a girl and she says she wants a guy just like me. We have kissed a few times on the lips and slept in our underwear but nothing really beyond that. I mean we hold hands sometimes and she sits in my lap if we watch a movie but that's probably normal for brothers/sisters. Anyways, I am really attracted to her and vice versa but we know this relationship would be wrong. How can I love my sister as much as I do now without the romantic love mixing in? Also, i'm sure we will both cry when we tell eachother we can't take it to the next level. How do I prepare her and me?

She is looking at big college campuses only in large cities. I know everyone says the college must "suit them" and I agree. However, she is not that outgoing , can be a little shy and I think a smaller campus might be best. We get along fine but she is a teenager and I am a Mom..:-), if I recommend one ..I KNOW it will only mean the kiss of death, before she gives it a chance....I really want her to have a good , fun and positive experience...Any suggestions ,especially from young people...on what to do?
How would you want your parents to handle this..without making it seem as if they were pushing their own agenda ,not yours!!!

The customer service lady at Food Lion told me she still takes a shower with her 13 year old son. I asked her if he was retarded and she laughed and said "no, we are just cool like that". I guess I was kind of shocked because my mom stopped bathing me at age 8. I figured i would ask to see if this is okay or not.

I live on a cul-de-sac and all thru the week there are pizza deliveries, chinese deliveries, and other dinner deliveries. Most of the people on my block have elementary age children and it seems no one really cooks dinner anymore. On trash day there are discarded pizza boxes piled up on top of peoples trash. Are we cooking less for our children? Do you order take out a lot or do you buy already prepared frozen foods for your family like Stouffers or Marie Calendars? I'm not insulting anyone so please don't get angry. I only have my husband to cook for and I don't know what it's like to have to cook for a large family after having worked all day long. It just seems that back in the day, moms actually cooked dinner. My mom worked and went to school full time, had six children, and we never ate "already prepared" food as a child.Tell me your opinion? Do you cook, order out, or buy per cooked frozen food at the supermarket? Are kids more overweight now than when you were a child?
