Food Lion...??? Must be from the south...By no means is that acceptable!!!! You should be the bigger person and report what she told you to the local authorities. That is just not right.

No!!! it's not OK because the boy is at the age now were his hormones are crazy, and he does not need to take a shower with his mother that is sick if you ask me. Now I could see it being ok if he had some problems so far as mental heath and could not bath himself. Even in that instant he should be in the tub and the mom should be washing him from outside the tube. Yeah but taking a shower with your 13 year old son is a little creepy if you ask me. I have a 3 year old son and I don't even let him see me change.

Its not at all OK to do that. No excuse at all!
Tha fact that this woman is so "cool"about it, is strange too. And also the fact that she's telling you this! Looks like she has psycohological problems. I pity the child. Yes, he's still a child at 13, a very difficult age, starting puberty & all related issues. She's not giving him a normal upbringing, this must surface in other areas too. The child will grow up with severe problems, poor thing.
You must report this woman at once, do it for a good cause, u will feel better.

Its time to stop when boys start thinking about sex and if you think a 13 yr old doesn't think about sex then your crazy. This lady is pushing it. Is she married? If she is divorced how long ago was the divorce? Is she craving for male attention so much that she would take a shower with HER 13 yr old boy? I can almost guarantee that she is divorced and has not been with another man since then. Now, you have another question...do I turn it in or not?

NO! That woman has a problem! Why on earth would she want to take a shower with her 13 year old son. She should want her privacy and she should allow her son the same.

I would say it was normal if his mother was Anna Nicole.. but that was a cheap shot considering the recent news about that family. But it does relate, look what happened to that kid. That is just sad, and the mother should be ashamed. What is wrong with teaching your children modesty? What on earth was she doing talking about showering with her kids while she was working anyway?
So at this point, what do you do? Tell her boss? All I can say is WOW... thats just not right!

i think that this mother has issues. and i have a 13 year old son and i wont even walk into the bathroom while he is in there. the sad thing is there is nothing that you can do about it. unless you make an anonymous tip to child protective, but that means you would have to know her address. but you could always tell this lady that what she is doing is wrong and that she should be reported.

In some cultures it may be considered ok. It is a decision the mom and son would have to make. Is 13 really that different than 8? I would think if one is wrong, then the other is wrong also.

You would do well to keep far, far from this woman! Why would she be imparting such information to you? No, it is decidedly NOT "cool" or "okay". It is misconduct of a nature that should put that woman in jail! Not all sexual predators are men - it's past time you learned that for your own safety.
