why get the pub into trouble, why not contact your lawyer and see how to get your ex in trouble..or the department of children and family services.

Im a cop the Law states u can have a child in a pub if they are looked after and dont drink till 9 u aint got a leg to stand on sweety. just get a life and if its a problem tell ur ex and sort it like a adult not like a child im sure ur 7 yr old is more of a adult then u

hey. just ignor those aragrant gets that just called u names. i really think you should talk to your ex and make him see sense. if your really not happy then just say to ur ex u will prevent him from seeing ur child if he doesnt pack it in taking ur child into a pub ( dnt really take ur child away from its father cos its vital for a child to have both parents in their life). unless the pub is a family pub then i wouldnt worry about it. heres me sayin talk to ur ex but u might of already done that and he never listened. but anyway if u havnt spoken to him the best way to aproach this is in a sivilized way and make him see sense that a pub is no place for a young child. try and sugest other places for him to take out ur child like swimming or the park etc good luck and dnt listen to those ppl who call u a 'cow' and all that. they r just typical men. hope things go well for u. ;)

Kids in a pub is disgraceful and should not be allowed but the best and only thing to do is ring the welfare they will stop this and hopefully for your sake his visiting rights will be restricted to supervised visitations

you need to contact the local council as they now have complete control of the licence and regulations of pub and laws but to be honest with you if your that bothered don't let the child go in the first place i certainly wouldn't

The NSPCC may be a good place to start. Citizens Advice Bureau is another. You won't be able to have the landlord prosecuted unless he is breaching his licence and chances are he won't be. Publicans don't like to lose their licence as they probably won't get it back in a hurry. Hope you succeed.

local council, I dont know what the legalities are but it wont look to good when it comes to apply for their liquor license, which of course they need to function.

If I was you I would just go up there and take him home.

I can see why you're an 'ex'

Are you naturally this vindictive or did you have to take lessons.
