I hate the south. It's hot, humid, and closed minded. I grew up in CA but it's too expensive to move back. I need a cooler climate, good schools, jobs, diversity, tolerance, and family fun. Where should I start looking. All confederate states are out of the question.

OK here's the problem my mamaw and papaw are married-he has lived with a girlfriend for 26 yrs who claims she is married to him. Now mamaw is sick and girlfriend is trying to split up their properties already via papaw. How can I find out if he is married to both? We searched the court house and can't find anything. We need help what can we do to find out if he's indeed married to both and where mamaw's rights stand? She's too sick to fight for herself and has searched and searched to find any grounds that papaw was indeed married to both women without results.

I have a 6 year old boy who is seriously the best mannored kid on the planet. my 2 1/2 daughter is a bit of a heathen and my 18 month old is a passive angle.

I'm paying my sister (she's 24) 10 an hour for 5 hours a week while I go out on a date with my wife. Is this a good rate? should I pay a little more? she's happy with the money, its an extra 200 a month, but I want to pay her what she's worth. is this a fair price?

My mother and sister are incuded in the commision of these crimes which include arson, insurance fraud and conning churches out of money. That is just part of it. I am not sure how to handle this. Tell or not? My sister put me down as a contact source with the insurance company. I will not lie!

We have a fairly decent relationship and hes a big guy who likes to golf, and works with acids at a refinery. He's very sarcastic, a tad on the serious side sometimes and likes to have a good time! Any ideas are much appreciated!

my parents are going away on a trip for about a month, and I'm dying to go on an island and spend probably 3-4 days on my own. the things is i want to be alone and fear that my siblings will squeal on me! this will be the only opportunity for me and I'll be using my own money to go diving and just hang out at the beach. i think instictively my parents are aware of my plan but I won't tell anyone in my family about it. Is it wrong and why do i have that feeling that something bad gonna happen but I will be careful though! wonder what u'll think if you were my parents?

i was needing some advice about my daughter, she is 16 and will be 17 in april. she is really disruptive to my family and to me, she is always getting into trouble wont mind anything we say hates her brother and we have had it. i am considering letting her move in with her fathers sister next summer however, her father is a horrible drunk and i am not really wanting her around that enviroment but at the same time she will be 17 and will most likely go there when she is 18. any suggestions please no smart *** answers.

In order to continue any relationship with my 30 year old son, who just recently married, I have to not trust what he says and pretend to be his family, when in truth I have lost all respect for him. I've always been supportive and keep out of his business at the same time. I've been a good mother and person. I still will, but without the love that he has taken for granted. How sad. Question: How can I continue through this hurt and have closure. Any ideas?

my cousin always thinks he starts things first... ok, i wanted a guitar and me, my cousin, and my other cousin all got one at the same time. i got an mp3 player, so did they. i liked a bunch of cool bands, then he likes them too... hes such a copycat! the thing that makes me mad about this is he thinks he starts it forst and makes me look like a poser! i know its immature to think like this, but it just gets on my nerves. its like a constant battle between us... i want peace!!!!!!!!!!!
