My husband and my kids notice immediately when I am down and they always work together to bring me back up. My husband will usually put the kids up to playing some sort of practical joke on me and they usually have me laughing with in a few short minutes. I tell him all the time , he really should let me have a day to sulk or be angry. Of course they won't!!!!!!!!! I truely am blessed with all four of them.

A call from my husband when he works away. That's usually when I'm down. Or if he doesnt' call a lovely bar of Cadbury's Chocolate. Yummy always manages to hit the spot!
