first I'm not the mothering type! Im not good with kids i dont even really like kids. well kids are ok i guess, its just babies. they make me nervous so i would just perfer not to be around them. My problem is im on birth control and found out a few weeks ago i'm pregnant. Ive been with my bf for over 5 yrs i know he wants kids the thing is i dont. I dont want to have a abortain and my bf was in the whole foster care system all his life till he turn 18 and was kicked out on his butt with $500 and no other help, so i know he would never go for adoption. I'm willing to have the kid im just scared i'll be a horrible mother and not love the kid cause i'm just not a baby person. Even around my friends kids they try to get me to talk to the baby and hold them and im just not into it. I dont do all that gugu talk. Dont get me wrong me and bf are both educated, we work and make desent money, so im not worried about affording it,im just scared ill reck its like by having a heartless mother!!

My son has been in my care since he was 18 months , his mother left at seven, never to return and he has grown up with me .
His natural father has seen him three times for a day at a time in twelve years
He is my own
All his school records carry my name , as do his sporting records.
However his medical records don't . Due to legal reasons I have always kept them legitimate .
He is sick of the confusion, As I am and, would like to leagally change his name .
When can he do it with out his natural patents consent .
He is 14 years old .

Hi, I now I am in Dubai just 3 and half month ago and just 2 after of my marriage. My wife was my cousin and we love each other very much. Her parents, sister and everybody in her family was not agree. But my parents managed my marriage at any cost. Now from the last 15 days she is with her parents and trying to call me back and saying she will commit suicide and moreover she is missing me a lot and fell sick there. I am very worried. I am working in good company. I have just finished my training. The company will not leave me because it has invested lots of money on me. What I do. Pls guide me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz I am on the verge of death.

Today I was giving my little girl a bath. When we were all done i took her out put her down on the floor and she took off running...oh course she fell and hit her head on the floor. She is fine now and we both leaned something from it. I felt very bad at the time almost to the point of crying too... But I was later talking to my husband about it and started laughting.....What does everyone think? My husband says i should not be laughing but I could not help myself. It is over and done with and no point being sad about it. She is fine now and I learned from my mistake.

i woke up about the same time my hubby did the other morning so i started cuddling up to him. a few minutes later he got up and went in and took a shower. so i got up and started breakfast, i walked into the bathroom and saw him masterbating in the shower, so i walked out. i ask him if he got off on his shower and boy you should have seen his face. anyway i asked him why he didn't make love with me instead of doing what he did. he told me that he did it for us so that he could last longer with me. i think he is full of s h i t . now i feel like im not good enough for him and that he would rather be with himself. what do you think?

whenever I start talking to my mom she says something, it can be the littlest thing, and it makes me cry. Like I feel inferior to her and am just a huge dissapointment. I really want to go get help, but I don't know how to go about it. I was adopted at birth and my parents had a child that is theirs when I was 10. Since getting into my teenage years I feel like my parents dont want me anymore, the family says its not true, but I can't seem to get the thought out of my head. If any of you have had a situation like this I would really appericate your advice, Thank you!

older sister who has been through 2 divorces is barely scaping by and has to go without what most of us take for granted, she never has money, not even gas money. My parents help her out all the time with handouts and they give her the cans or bottles to sell or some gas money when they can.

She currently owes me a couple hundred bucks from small loans, but every time she asks me for money I know I'm giving it to her and not getting it back. She is on disability for a foot injury, and only gets 300 bucks a month and another 500 from her daugheters dad. Her rent for the room she shares with my niece is $600 a month so she is scaping by with 200 a month. How can I help her help herself. She has gone through every depression medicine and cant seem to get back on her feet. She used to be such a hard worker and lived very comfortably. She will take the shirt off her back for anyone and is constantly helping others with favors, she deserves better.

I have heard that going from 1 child to 2 children is not that big a change. But when the family adds a third child then there is a huge change in the dynamics because th ekids outnumber the parents.

My mom is alergic to alot of things so we cant have anything but a dog or fish.So my Grandma in Gautemala bought me a dog .And brouht it back to Florida.My grandma was leaving and i started training it so my mom woun't give it awy.but my grandma did not think that i would take care of so she gave it away with out my promission.And im the won who gave her the money to go buy it.So she ows me $458.98 from my acount.And i miss him so much.I pad for the plane tichet and her plane tichet and the money tobuy the dog.And she wount talk to my mom or me.so i want to get my dog back.i would do any thing i would pay a milloin dollars or eat a snake to get my black french poddle back.I DO NOT WANT A DIFFERNT ONE I WANT MY LEO!!!!Help me what should i do??

My 5 year old son & I live with my mom right now. I work as a receptionist & am currectly saving up to move into my own place & also get a better car. I know my mom is generous to let us live here and to watch my son for me & she is a good grandma for him & loves him.

The problem is that she is always telling me what to do. I went to the store the other day & she came to me later with a receipt that she dug out of the garbage and said, "Shelly! You spent $12 on honey! You don't have that kind of money! You have very extravagant tastes!" & blah blah! She does this all the time! It's my money! I should have a right to spend it how I see fit. It's a 20 oz. jar & is raw honey. I thought it was a steal.

Recently, I took my son to the show & again she comes to me with the ticket stubs she got out of the trash & starts her nagging again. "This is a waste of money! Julian has movies he can see here! He doesn't need to go out!" I will throw my receipts out in a public trash from now on!

I am unable to go get them and I think that they should resolve their differences for the kids sake. It is not fair to the kids not to be with me. We have a great relationship and I love them dearly. She lied to us (her father and I) about reading. She said she was reading the words in her head (twice in one week!). I am a first grade teacher and I am well aware that children her age are not able to read in their heads. Her father and I are upset that she did this. Our daughter Kayla is a very smart child, she has always been 110% honest with us. She is an only child and gets plenty of attention and love. We are at a lost for what type of punishment to use for this situation. Please advice!!!

I wouldn't bother asking a bunch of strangers if I wasn't in deep **** or really desperate. I'm 15 and iv had this friend (16). Where really tight so anyone who tells me to give up on him is wasting there time. His mom died of cancer when he was 9 and his dad got into alcohol. Anyone with common sense could tell something was ****** up in that house. Than the marks got worse and he was getting beat everyday with something. Last night we had a party at his house and things got broke like at all parties. I didn't know he was going to be in the emergency room. His dad said he fell down the stairs it didn't make any sense cause corey had marks from a metal pole and a belt, falling down the stairs doesn't do that to you. The hospital looked past it because his dad was the one that called the ambulance. When it happened he was helpless cause he was drunk. So when he was in the emergency room I asked him about his dad. I told him that he’s got to call DYFS of something. That didn't make him happy because he had big plans and that would **** it up for him. We started screaming and yelling, nothing new. Than i said, “corey your just like your ******* father” and he pushed me aganst the wall than he realizd what he was doin. That was the only time that's ever happened. The problem is he's becomin his dad, drunk and abusive he's so much more than that. He's got goals. He was the one that freaked about it, got in his car, and drove to the middle of nowhere. They found him passed out drunk laughing sayin how he was never going to drink again. I have a lot of questions but now that he's at home again with his dad i gota no what the hell do i do to help him? If this is abuse what will happen to him if his dad’s arrested? Why was he so upset after he hit me and why did he touch me like that? Sorry it was so long this is the summary...

Lately, I have been noticing that my mom is always mad about something or someone. A few days ago, my mom's friends did something causing her to be upset. I can understand why she would be upset, but now she is getting mad at me and my family for no reason. Yesterday I called her stupid even though I didn't really mean it, and I explained that to her and told her I was sorry. I thought everything was fine because she said "its ok" when I apologized, but then out of nowhere she starts yelling at my dad that hes not giving her enough attention, when he had just gotten off of work, and all she was doing was laying on the coach being moody. Don't get me wrong, I love my mother..its just that she is always mad. I sometimes think she is just selfish..only caring about her feelings and nobody elses. I have no idea what is wrong. Can you please help me/my mom/my family? I think my mom might be going through menopause. Could this be the reason. Please help! Thanks.
