i woke up about the same time my hubby did the other morning so i started cuddling up to him. a few minutes later he got up and went in and took a shower. so i got up and started breakfast, i walked into the bathroom and saw him masterbating in the shower, so i walked out. i ask him if he got off on his shower and boy you should have seen his face. anyway i asked him why he didn't make love with me instead of doing what he did. he told me that he did it for us so that he could last longer with me. i think he is full of s h i t . now i feel like im not good enough for him and that he would rather be with himself. what do you think?

Think about this - do you always have the energy to have sex when you have the "tingle"?Isn't it sometimes easier to take care of that itch yourself when you're tired, maybe grumpy, etc rather than deal with all the folderol of having sex?
Remember, only YOU can make YOU feel anything. Basically, he's being a normal male. Face it, our sex drives are different that theirs. And God knows, sometimes their signals that they want sex are so esoteric as to be completely missed. And sometimes he just wants an urge relief rather than the whole sex deal.
Think on this - how long does it usually take you to have sex? Now, was there enough time for sex and getting to work on time, or did he have just enough time to get rid of the urge and get on with the day?
You can choose to make this a dividing issue in your marriage, or you can choose to accept and be HAPPY that he is a normal healthy and happy male.
He doesn't love you any less because he's taking care of his urges in the shower. If anything, he's also being considerate of you- not bothering you with the sex urges when he knows you may not be receptive or appreiciative of his advances.
he's home, he still has sex with you regularly, he's not out looking for another woman to satisfy a momentary urge. His jerking it in the shower is nothing. Things could be much worse. You could overlook it, accept it, and move on. OR you could make it a big issue and potentially damage a good marriage.
Another thought - some women get turned on by that - maybe you could have him do it with.for you someday. And yes, a quick orgasm does make it last longer for him the next time. Enjoy that part as well.

He's could be full of it, but you're definitely insecure. Relax already. Sometimes, guys just like a little solo time. Sometimes guys think sex is a lot of effort for their partner and don't feel like starting it. Maybe he was just being lazy. Maybe he got horny in the shower and figured you'd be pissed if he traipsed through the house soaking wet to go find you. Who knows? Men just do that kind of thing sometimes, it's not any indicator of how he feels about you. Rather, you getting fried about it is an indicator of how you feel about yourself. And, by the way, he probably will last longer.

I don't think its a big deal. Sometimes a guy is tired and doesn't feel up to sex. This does not mean they aren't up for jerking off in the shower- especially early in the morning.
Unless your husband is clearly choosing masturbation over sex with you on a regular basis I don't think you have any reason to be concerned. No matter what happens never allow yourself to feel inadequate!

When a man hasn't had it for a while he tends to get off quicker. Who knows why he did it, but its no big deal.
