My mother was killed in a car accident and me and my sister are left behind. I will be 18 next month and I want to be my 11 year old sister's guardian. Even though she is staying with her grandmothe rin Georgia, which is her Dad's mother. She is not use to being around them because they been down south since she was like 3. So she is use to being around me and our mother. We don't want to be spli up because we been through enough. So I just want to know are there laws against it.

My sister has a freind that just comes over late at night I am in my jamas all comfortable and enjoying watching tv. She tells me to get dress and act like its perfectly alright for them to come over after midnight. How do I give them a hint they are no wanted in this time of night, I tried turning off all lights make it almost black dark in the whole house it doesn't seem to work...should I set a trap or what? I've been with my boyfriend for 2 1/2 years and during that time I kept hoping my tolerance and patience would increase as I "fell-in" to parenting his daughter who lives with us half the year. She's a good kid but is slightly ADD which causes her to be spacey and pessamistic about herself, all which frustrates me excessively. I was raised to be very independent and responsible and want to raise my own kids with these values. I've always wanted children of my own and was planning on having some after getting married next year. Now I'm scared to death that I'll be the short-fuse parent that all kids avoid. I never take out my emotions on her but I have complete meltdowns alone every few weeks and feel like I'm losing my mind. I can't fall apart for the rest of my life and be happy. Is having your own kids easier, does it ever get better?

OK, basically at the beginning of this year, my mother tried to kill me. Seriously. She wrapped her hands around my throat and tried to strangle me because I asked her to stop smoking cannabis in front of me, as I have recently quit taking it. Now one of my oldest friends says that I should forgive her, cause I am moving out of town. Except, I don't think I should, as I am convinced that if I hadn't managed to fight her off me, she would be in jail right now and I would be 6 feet under. What do you think people? Does she deserve another chance?

k half my familys dead, all 3 of my grandpas, 1 of my grandma, my uncle, and my dad, i lost my dog to and 2 cats. My mom is depressed and i always saw my dad drunk. My mom has had mad surgeries so shes weak. I have no family where i live. I was depressed that half my family died so i quit talking. To everyone. Now i have no friends, no family and im constantly alone.. just me and my mom. I do have a half brother and were close. I constantly feel like **** because i talk back to my mom and say horrible things to her. I am looking for a quite small town somewhere in the US, with small coffe houses and diners. Maybe a small beach. A place where tourists usually don't get to. Just to get away from everybody for a while...just jog in the mornings and read my books quitely.

My sister is messed up. And I mean that to say I care about her. I need serious answers please. She has sex with random guys and doesn't use protection most of the time. I have 2 kids 1 boy who just turned 16 and 1 girl who is 12. They always fight! Now it goes both ways they both antagonize eachother...but i cant get it 2 stop! My12 yr. old girl feels jealous of her 16 yr. old brother because hes older than her he gets lots more privillages than her. How can i make the fighting stop and how can i make my daughter not feel as jealous of her 16 yr. old brother? Does anyone have any good advice?
