I am 13 and my 4 year old little brother gets all the attention. My parents think I am always so mean to him when I talk to him every day. It's almost like they love him more than me. What can I do to get my parents to notice and do things with me.

Since he's only four naturally he requires more attention so that he won't get himself in trouble. Be as grown up as you can and help out with your household and your little brother. If you can take some stress from your parents they will see this and be very grateful. I know your parents will just love it if you babysit him for a couple of hours so they can go out to dinner or something like that.

If you want some time with your parents, get a friend to babysit him for cheap and then plan something for just you and your parents.

It's natural to feel like you're being neglected when there's a sibling younger than you. They don't love you any less than your brother. I'm 17, and I have a 3 year old sister and a 2 year old brother. Sometimes its hard, but you need to realize that when you're brother is so young, he really looks up to you. You need to show him the same love that you want to be shown. Doing this will also show your parents how much more mature you're becoming, and you'll get a lot more advantage from that, than from trying to hog the "spotlight."
