Buch of clothes for the kids. Stock up on baby food, baby formula, wipes, a whole lot of dipers, and that baby rash thingy. Plus a few cribs with this thing to go around on the inside so they don't get their head stuck in between the bars. Some baby toys to keep them occupied and things for yourself. Like stock up coffee and asprin 'cause all the yelling they'll be doing will give you a head ach. Mini-van or small bus when they start going to school.

If I were you, I would:
Look for a bigger house, because kids grow fast.
See if relatives and friends whose kids have grown up, and have baby clothes and accessories that I can borrow.
Three bunk beds (the ones with upper and lower deck)
A big round dinning table, because we all can see each other.
If my kids have grandparents, render their help.
If not, hire one or two nannies.
I would read by heart a book written by Dr. Deepak Chopra,
"Seven Spiritual Laws of Success for children". There is one for us adults with the same title. Either one will help me find direction in educating the children and maintain a balance emotion all along.

six kids? check with local grocery stores and the newspapers and see if you can some donations through the media exposure. i know it seems kind of crummy to use your situation to get help, but honestly, you will NEED all that help!
