We are so madly in love, and love to spend every waking second together. We have a 12 year old son whom we adore, but every time we plan a weekend alone, my parents (who live 8 hours away) give us a hard time for 'neglecting' our son!

I don't need to 'prove' anything to them, but how can I give them 'assurance' that we aren't neglecting him by spending time each week alone?

I split up with my husband of 17 years at the beginning of October and at first because of the hurt he'd been causing me it felt like a relief and I didn't want him back. But then I found out he'd been seeing another woman since August. The same woman he had an affair with 2 and a half years ago.

I confronted him about this and he explained that he'd just been talking to her about the issues in our marriage back in August but hadn't started seeing her until after we split. He also said that it was me he loved (as he'd been telling me since shortly after we split) and wanted to try to work things out with me. He sounded so sincere and I do love him (although I felt happier without him) so I decided to commit to working things out. That was last Friday.

Yesterday he told me he wasn't sure anymore, that he still had feelings for the other woman and missed her. I've told him that he needs to sort out what he wants, but I feel so hurt. How can he love me and her at the same time?

Most students would be jealous & bully the "teacher's pet", or the mom might choose the youngest child as the favorite & spoil him/her, so the older kids might get jealous & bully him/her.

When it comes to twins, I think they should be treated equally, but my twin sister tries VERY hard to fit in with the crowd to be accepted in society, but I just be myself. People think I'm jealous of her because they treat her better than me. I don't consider myself jealous since I feel that favoritism is wrong.

I see all the time how people are friends with cops & get away with crimes, or a high school cheerleader might get away with skipping school, SIMPLY for being a cheerleader.

if a guy tells you .....

"yea i have a kid(s) but me and the baby's mom are not together anymore"

or

"yea she moved out. its just me & the kids. we're not together anymore. but we're still best of friends."

or

"i'm not with the baby's mom"

or anything else that indicates he is not with the mom of his child or children, THAT DOES NOT MEAN SHE IS NO LONER IN THE PICTURE.

She still comes around whenever she gets ready,
She still comes to spend her holidays with him & "the kids" & his family,
They still talk ALL THE TIME
He's still in her life
She's still in his life
They will ALWAYS HAVE A BOND = the child(ren)
He will always "be there" for her
He will always "protect" her (after all, that's the mother of his kids, right?) WHATEVER.
She will always "be there" for him
And she will always "protect" him (after all, that's her baby daddy, right?) WHATEVER.

They still f*ckin
She will always be in the picture

Get used to it or dont deal.

Have you ever thought about having very sensitive things hanging out between your legs and how annoying that might be? Just wondering how many women have given this thought and have felt grateful for not having testicles.

I am planning this wedding from across the country. My BMs all live where I'm getting married. I picked out a dress at David's Bridal almost 6 mos ago, the wedding is in 6 mos and I think they need to go and atleast get fitted as prom season is fast approaching! I've called and emailed them about getting in there and they're just dragging their feet! What do I do?

Been with my gf for almost a year. We spent her 25th birthday in Vegas with a few friends. I walked in the hotel room and saw my gf and my best friend spooning and sleeping in bed together, her in her panties and bra and him in only his boxers. They both swear nothing happened, but we were all hammered drunk and they didnt remember getting in bed with one another. Its been 4 months since that night, and I still can't get that image out of my head. My gf and I are still together for now. Am I over thinking a stupid Vegas night? Or should I move on and clear my head?

If your bf fingered you for the 1st time after you've been going out 4 months do you think he expects me to return the favor really soon?

Our ceremony is most likely going to be in the morning, followed by a light brunch. I'm short and slender, but my boyfriend is extremely tall. Which is best in general, and which is your favourite?

NOTE: Please don't harp on about David's Bridal. Yes, they can have bad service, but I have my own reasons for doing my gown with them.

I originally picked out two styles of dresses for my bridesmaids. I informed the grooms sister of this, and I informed my MOH as well. I talked it over with my mom, the groom, his mom, and my grandmother. They convinced me that I should let each girls choose a different style dress that will fit their body and they will feel comfortable in. I thought this was a good idea, so I let my bridesmaids know. My MOH said she really liked the dress that I choose, and she would like to go with that one. I told her that was fine. I e-mailed the grooms sister and let her know that the MOH was going to wear one of the dresses that I had originally choose. I think she misunderstood me, and she e-mailed me back saying that she really liked that dress too. She said she was going to try it on, and see how it looks on her. Well my MOH tried on the dress today and said she is going to wear that one. What do I do? How can I politely inform my soon to be sister-in-law that the dress has been chosen?

here's the situation.Im try my best to make a long story short.
Im 23 and my girl is 20.we been together for a year and 3 months. She has my name tatooed on her back. She had a hard life, mom died when she was young and her father was abusive. She has a godmother though that she considers her mother and her family.
here's the problem.me and my girl had broke up for 2 weeks about 3 months ago but got back together. My mom claimed her older sister had called and made threats saying she was gon kill me or hurt me next time I hurt her sister or something like that.My girl said my mom is lying and that her sister would never say anything like that.Make a long story short my girl and mom got into a big argument over this because my mom dont want me to go over there.I know Im grown and make my own decisons but I dont wanna worry my mom to death. My girl is real pissed off and said I got my mom to thank for ruining the relationship.

My boyfriend and I have only been going out for a month or so and I'm totally ready but at the same time I DO NOT want to lose respect or anything. I have known him for 7 years and we've remained friends. But I really need your opinions because you people are probably more experienced and know whether or not it could ruin anything.. Thanks so much.

we live an hour apart. i drive to his house all the time. we've been dating for over a year. he comes to my hosue too but i live with my parents so its not as fun. anyway, thats just some background. he doesn't consistently call me before bed b/c i think he gets tied up shopping or doing nba draft picks online. and he just sometimes forgets all -together to call me. it makes me mad and we argue about it. last night he didn't call me to say goodnight, then didn't call until 2pm the next day. (actually not called...text). i was annoyed and ignored him. this sucks

My boyfriend (of almost a year) is always saying how the horoscope in the paper is usually right on for him. So I was looking through the paper today and saw to horoscopes, so I read them.

Here is what his said:

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20): It is important to bring structure or to establish purpose in a close relationship. Consider making a commitment that involves vows.

We've talked about getting married but because we work together we both know that it wouldn't work right now. Would it totally freak him out if I mentioned it to him???
