no. yes, myspace is good for making friends, but dating, idon't think so. srry to burst your bubble, but people on myspace have dated before. People magazine wrote an article about a girl that forund "the perfect guy" on myspace. They had been "dating" for a month, when the "boy" all of a sudden started trashing her, telling her the world would be a better place without her, etc. The girl, then suffering from depression and obeisity, committed suicide. I too, thought myspace would be a great place for dating, but you never know what will happen. (btw, the "perfect man" turned out to be somebody's mom... can you say EEEW!) lol I hate to sound like Miss Cyberspace safety queen or anyting, but i would hate for that to happen to anyone! please read the article i included on my sources.

Good question! I would like to know myself because presently I hardly use myspace but woud endeavour to change this act should I know it would turn out to be favourable for me and that special someone ;)

i met by boyfriend on there last year. but if he hadn't lived fifteen minutes away from me, nothing would have come of it. myspace gets you interested, but you never really know what people are really like.
i wouldn't suggest going off and meeting these people, but i had seen him around town a few times, so there was no harm in mine.

well, no luck for me, but my brother met his gf on myspace and theyre still going out, almost 3 years now
