Ok so, how do I let this guy (in high school, same as me) know that I just want to be friends without saying it? I used to like him and I'm almost positive he liked me too but I think we're both over it now. I just don't want him to think that I like him again when I am just trying to be his friend. Any suggestions? Thanks so much, high school boys are tough.

I've been dating a girl for a little more than three months and to this day she has never used my name when talking to me. I have heard her use my name only when talking to other people about me but in person she never has. We are fairly close, but I really don't want to take it any further unless things change. I have talked to her about it and she really doesn't respond with an explanation. She is 19 and I am 25. What should I do?

I'm 15 (sophomore), he's 17 (senior). We share french together, but have never had a conversation together. We have no mutual friends. All he knows about me is that I listen to the same music he does.

We pass each other in the hallway often, and I can tell he notices me. I'm always too shy to say hello though. I know he doesn't have a girlfriend, and that he didn't go to the Winter Ball with a date. Considering the above, should I go ahead and ask him to a dance?

My relationship with my ex-husband failed over a year ago. We have been separated since January and divorced since June. I have recently started seeing someone who has had quite a troubled past, but has taken serious steps to correct his life. Unfortunatley, my ex doesn't think that our daughter is in a healthy environment.

What can I do to better my chances of keeping the joint residential custody arrangement?

What do I need to do to prove that my new bf isn't a danger to my daughter?

My mother is going to divorce my father; they've been married 23 years and have no prenup.The house and all the cars are in my father's name, and they have a joint bank account. I have brother who is 17, will be 18 in about 5 months.(I'm 21 so I figure the court won't bother with me) I know that you are a minor if your under 18, but since he's close, will that play a part? Also, my mother is a legal citizen, my father has a permanent residence card; will this play a part too?(They are both from Mexico)

What should my mother do to help her get the house and at least the car that she drives? Please give advice!

My boyfriend has shown me in so many ways that he loves and trusts me. How can I show him or tell him that I feel the same way. He knows that I have been hurt in past relationships and I get scared of getting hurt. He is so good to me and sure of our relationship. Mend a broken heart..........and get over a guy?????
I really need help,yesterday i found out my best guy friend that i could tell anything toooooo[[he is also the guy i likee]] likes my friend that just started our school and did'nt like me :( Well my friend liked him so i jus told her to go out with him because they both liked each other.......i really liked this guy and i could'nt stop crying last night.i don't know what to do......at school i know its gonna kill me to see them walking around and holding hands and stuff......and the worst part is that i was gonna tell him how i felt that day or over the weekend.......should i still tell him i like him ???

My question is....what can I do that would not look tacky....to replace my bride's maids flowers. I kind of want to break away from the norm....and have them carry something else....my initial idea was these tin lanterns with stars on the top, and have a candle in it lit (since it will be a candle lit ceremony)

I am obsessed with a man that is totally finished with our relationship. I think about it constantly, constantly, contantly. We have been broken up for 2 months or so. We havent spoke for about 3 weeks due to an incident, which he really humilated me infront of his friends and lady friend. I always see her car parked outside his house. He seems to be happy. I know he does not deal with these feelings of misery like I do. I get attention from other men and have gone on dates, but all I can seem to focus on is "What is X doing, who is X talking to." However, I let this situation destroy me. I lay in bed and fret over it. It is ridiculous. This person does not deserve to have this power over me. He is even demeaning to me. He has put me down repeatedly. Why would I desire someone that a)Doesn't want me, b)Is mean to me? It is driving me crazy!!

things im expected to do for my husband (from my culture and upbringing)
-walk 3 steps behind him
-not speak until spoken to
-not address him by his first name
-do all the cooking and cleaning (we both work fulltime)
-serve him dinner
-give him his evening bath. not as fun as it sounds with me outside the tub.

ive never questioned this its completely normal to me but i just wish sometimes the roles were switched around a bit and he could cater to me for a while. i dont know..we live in america so i dont understand why everything has to be so "olden days". sometimes i just want to be playful and have a friend and not have my husband boss me around all the time!!!

im almost 15, going into 10th grade.
in 7th-8th grade, i was extremely close with one of my teachers. i told her everything, emailed her, she talked to my mom, i even went to her wedding. she helped me with math, cause i was always really bad at it, lol, and let me cut class and stay with her all the time. i counted on her and i felt like i could talk to her about anything. if i told her the most ridiculous thing, she would act like it was the most important thing shed ever heard.. we even had knicknames for each other.
anyway, we totally seperated when i went to high school last year. i sent her a birthday card, and she spelled my name wrong!! she doesnt even answer my emails anymore..
why is this happening????
she doesnt have kids, and isnt planning on it, so its not that.

My roommate had her exboyfriend sleepover lastnight and for some reason i find it very disrespectful to her current boyfriend who she claims to love very much.
