Through my years of experience -(33 now) I can tell you this.
- he/she didn't change. It just took you that long to see who they really are.
-Don't use the hurt from the past on the next. Every new relationship deserves a new start. Don't drag your past to your present and future.
-Leave with knowledge. Forgive but don't forget.
-It hurts now but time is on your side.
-Someone out there is waiting for you....
-For each hurting minute, there are strengths available in different forms. These strengths are in friends, families hobbies etc..( turn to them when YOU are ready)
- If you must, then cry. Nothing wrong with it. Men this goes for you too.
-If you must, pull out the old picture..But slowly, time will take over and you will find yourself pulling away
-You're not alone. The petty fights, the constant complaints, the trust issues...These are the things that comes in a relationship package.

All the weddings I've been to the bride has had this style of dress http://www.houseofbrides.com/product.php?productid=353&cat=437&page=1I haven't tried any but I really don't think this will not suit me or feel comfortable in it. I will really try to lose weight I'm not that big before you say fatty but am always consious of my shoulders they are quite broad so I always cover them what do you guys think of a medeival style dress like these - for a normal traditional wedding?

they are always going to be there. They dont respect me or our relationship at all.
They once brought their friend over and some girl w/him to hang out and drink. When my bf was drunk she came on to him and kissed him. My bf pushed her off but it really hurt me and they never even apologized for bringing the $lut over, nor did they care. Since then I have felt that I cant trust him when he is w/them.
I like drinking but it seems like thats all they do. His twin has no job and his older brother is in debt and is a user. They really need to learn to grow up. He's starting to make friends with their friends and its really annoying because they are either immature or think that they are bad a$$. I dont want my bf to start acting like them.
They live an hour away so I always get upset when he goes to visit them because i have no idea what their doing and its hard to trust my bf with them when they are all drunk. I dont no what to do. he loves them but i hate them. Any advice will help!

I am a Gay!!
I felt in Love with my student who is 4 years younger to me (27 years old). I have done so many things for him. Given lots of money, helped him passing the exams, taken him out for foreign tours at my expense. I have always felt sexual love for his body but he is not GAY. Ive been stuttering ever since I could remember. And I am so ready to stop. But the weird thing is that I stutter more around my famiy. I hardly do it at skool or with my friends.. I just need help.. AND FAST.. Im going into H.S nxt year and I dont think the most attractive thing is a girl that stutters.

I have been seeing this almost everywhere I have been. Be it colleges, offices, shopping malls...

You always have guys surrounding these beautiful girls. There is so much competition. I don't know why? Though I do not have a girlfriend, I would like to have one soon. I would prefer someone good-looking myself but I can't see myself running after these pretty faces like other guys do...

Am I asking too much from my life if I said that I want a good-looking wife/girlfriend? Can any cute girl get attracted to me for what I am, even if i do not run after her with flowers and chocolates. Is there no reward for being a nice young man? Or should I again have to believe in that same old saying that "Marriages are made in heaven".

I hope I am not looking very desperate.

I feel pathetic, I just cant see myself making a move with a girl, even though I desperately want to. Im an 18 year old college freshman who gets so shy around pretty girls, especially a group of pretty girls. My roomate isnt as shy as me when it comes to this...What should I do? OK....when I decide to marry Im going to be my wifes best friend...Im going to come home from work ask her how her day was and really LISTEN to her answer!
Im going to help my wife out with things that stress her out like cleaning up after dinner so she can go relax....take her out and show her she's the only woman for me!
When we do get into arguments, Im going to listen to her side...not walk away and leave her wondering why Im upset...Im always going to tell her how much I love her...and shes the most important woman in my life..she will be treated like a queen.
Now why am I saying all of this?...Because I read these questions and I see so many women that settle for less......All of you women know what you want out of a man but yet u settle for less...I dont get it.....plz enlighten me!

Hes very secretive. he doesnt open up to me about anything he its been 6 years and hes never opened up about his past and then things he did open up about were lies. They were petty lies tho. Pointless. Like hed tell me stories that werent true. Why do u think he does this? He doesnt go into depth about his feelings to me. Hed only say i love you (which is plenty for me) but hes not the type to say anything that has much emotion.

hi.. i havent seen or heard from my ex boyfriend in 2 months...last night i went to some lounge by me with my friend and i saw my ex kissing some girl...im not going to lie, even though i moved on, it did bother me a bit...after he hooked up with her he was by the bar by himself so i went up to him and said hi and we started talking...after that i saw some guy who i knew and we started talking (thats all, i didnt hook up with him or anything)...i saw my ex staring at us that he even came up to me while i was talking to the other guy...after that i walked out with my friend and that guy and his friend and i kno my ex saw it bc he tried getting my attention..then he calls me and leaves a message on my voicemail saying "i want you" but ur with another guy".. i get a call from him the next day apologizing to me if he said anything bad the night before cause he was drunk. then he asked me how i been? and what ive been up to? i mean seriously what does he want from me??

Well i been dating this guy for two months.Well last night we got into a huge fight .I broke with him this morning.I asked could we meet for one last time.He said yes.I later on got to thinking how good of a boyfriend he was.I sent him a text and apolgized and saying i want him back.Well he hasnt wrote back! I'm a tall attractive gal with a postgraduate degree, reasonably good job and a wide range of interests. Make friends easily. I'm told that I'm friendly, warm, easy to get along with & a good catch.

I've had 2 relationships which have gone terribly wrong. Now my marriage has barely lasted a year.

Doesn't help to see my friends & cousins happily settled with young kids - something I've always wanted.

It's really taking a toll on my self-esteem. What can I do to improve this aspect of my life? (besides seeing a counsellor)
