how would i ask a girl if she has a bf w/o it being akward after(if she does)? also what to do if she does bcuz i don't want to be like oh umm...i'm gonna go now or something.

I suppose there really isn't an easy way.

Maybe ask one of her friends.
You could just start talking to her and ask her how she is doing and talk about other things. She could freely say that she has a boyfriend. with out you having to ask.

If you do end up asking her if she has a boyfriend and she says yes. Just say I figured a pretty girl like you did.
