You could start by learning some english. Other than that, I'd say if she already knows you like her and she hasn't yet rejected you, you're over the first hurdle, from here on it shouldn't be all that difficult.

well, you don't sound too confident by the information you've given. if she already knows you like her, then find out if she likes you by asking her out - show confidence. if she says no, then find another girl. &if she says no because you aren't as popular as she is, then she's not worth it. find someone who likes you for who you are and not your social status.
