I've been with my partner for 6 years and we have two children. We moved very fast in the early days, with me falling pregnant and us moving in together very quickly. Our relationship hasn't been easy, he has left me several times and been sneaky with other girls (though not actually cheated on me), and he's often said he doesn't love me and is only with me for our children etc. Despite all of this, we have had great times and I genuinely do love him and want our relationship to work, but I feel under-valued and unloved in our relationship, and my self esteem is at an all time low, because I truly believe he is only with me for the children, and if I'd have never fallen pregnant, he'd have been gone a long time ago.

Anyway, I've asked for a trial separation, because I feel I need time out to assess whether I really want to be with someone who makes me feel so unwanted and doubtful. He agreed without debate, which makes me feel my doubts are founded.

I'm dating a woman who is in recovery from drug addiction. I myself am in recovery from addiction as well. Our dating relationship has been chaotic and intense and has lasted so far for about a month. Two days ago she broke up with me and told me it was because I wasn't as into her as she was into me. She wanted a committed relationship it sounded like. I wanted to date her more, hang out with her, and get to know her before making that decision. Since our "break up" she has been calling me and leaving long winded messages on my voicemail, and now wants to see me again. It feels more intense than I like it, and yet when we connect we connect at a very intimate level. It just takes time to get through all the BS. I told her that I need a little space and plan on getting back to her in a day or so, but right now I am not sure if I want to continue dating her, or if I want to let her go. Any suggestions?

Alright this is kinda weird for me because usually I'm giving relationship help but this time I just really don't know what to do. I have been dating this amazing guy for 2 and a half years now. Everything is going great and we are really close, but sometimes I find myself thinking about other guys. It never used to be like that though. I would only be able to think about my boyfriend but now other guys are turning my head. I still love my boyfriend but I don't understand...it makes me feel unfaithful and that I don't love him as much as I used to.

Am I just growing out of the "I can only think about you all the time stage" and growing into a more realistic relationship or am I falling out of love with the only person I have ever cared about?

My boyfriend and i are going out tonight, just to the movies.. but i was thinking of wearing a skirt as opposed to my usual jeans and tshirt. I was also thinking that if i go without underwear.. good or bad? I'm very shy and this is completely unlike me so i don't know if it would come off as weird or trashy? what do you think? I have a serious problem, my husband of 14 yrs has been involved emotionally with a female at his job. I found him writing notes to her in the middle of the night & now that they no longer work together I can't get him to open up with me so that this situation can have the closure I need to move forward. The whole situation was extremely devasting as any of our close friends would openly admit they were envious of the closeness / relationship we shared. I just can't seem to get past it without knowing how this could have happened but he refuses to discuss it with me. Granted we had for the 1st time in our lives together been apart b/c of our jobs 5 days & nights outta 7 & we were recovering from our seemingly healthy 3 year old being diagnosed w/ AML. I was very emotional & in hindsight very withdrawn at times but if thats indeed "why" he felt the need to develop this inappropriate relationship, why can't he just say that? I try not to think about it all but I can't stop myself??????

I am 18 and I have never really dated. So I met this guy at the store and he asked me for my phone number. So I gave it to him and then we began texting each other. So he asked me why I didn't have a bf and I said because I have been homeschooled since I was 13. So he is alot more experienced than I am. She got this summer job, working as a tee-shirt seller. shes 18. and she is completly oblivious. he throws parties at his house and tries to get her extremely drunk so she cant drive home and stuff. but she never gets to that extent. and now hes asked her to go to Cape Cod MA which is about 4 hours from where we live to go open and close his store out there. hell pay for her gas, and her food ect. and he has a house out there she can stay at. shes just excited to go to cape cod, and doesnt think anything of it. my mom and brother have tried to talk to her, and shes like ill be careful. do you think he wants her?

I need a way to get kicked out of my house for good, my parents will tell me to leave, hten pick me up a couple of days or weeks later..and I want to leave really bad...
A way to piss my m om off wicked bad?...
I cant deal with my parents anymore my dad threatens to hit me and my mom pushes me, I need to leave, I have places to stay, and I have a way to make money...
Or how can I prove or let her give me a chance to prove i can take care of myself?

Okay...when I was 4 mths pregnant, moved to georgia with my sons father....he was getting abbusive and he was very controlling and jelouse...wouldn't let me have friends, get a job stuff like that...when the abuse got worse, he had pinned me up against the fridge by my throat with my 4 mth old in his hand...thats when i knew I had to get out...so the next day I went into a domestic violence shelter and stayed there for 2 nights and then my mother came to ga and we moved back to florida....I got served papers on friday 8/17/07...I talk with my attorney (bay area legal services) 8/27....I have 30 days to respond...but in the mean time...i was going to bring him to georgia for labor day weekend to see his side of the family but he is being so mean to me...he gave me 60 dollars and is saying im being selfish keeping him to myself and running with him, taking him away from him and his family....i am scared of him but we would be at his moms house...oh i never called the cops..

Alright, so I'm in high school and I can't seem to figure out how to ask girls out. I can make the girls laugh, smile, and make them want to talk to me more. Some of them even come and sit on my lap and stuff like that! I would really like to ask this one girl in particular out but I don't know how to do it. Most of my fiance's family live in Maryland. We live in Ca. His father lives out here too. About 2 months ago his little sister & I got into an argument via e-mail simply because I asked her, very politely I might add! ,to remove the photo of my son & my fiance from her MySpace page. I don't care what everyone thinks of myspace. It is something my fiance & I don't feel is a proper place to have kids pics. Anyways, she handled it very immaturely and everyone told her to back off. So we never made up. Fast forward to now. My fiance tells me his sister, mom, & old family female friend are all coming to CA in Dec and he is going to his dad's house (which is a couple hours away) to spend 2 or 3 days with them. I was very hurt that I wasn't invited and I told him so. He said if I make up with his sister he'd love me to go but I don't see why he wouldn't have just automatically brought me in the first place. I never ever go anywhere without him being invited. I'm hurt & mad.

I love my husband , but I'm not in love with him. He is a wonderful person and he would do anything for me. We have a good life together and are great friends. I am simply not physically attracted to him at all anymore. I am still very interested in sex, just not with him. I find myself attracted to other men all the time. He might dump you or bring another woman around your present. I also told her both of you should continue living apart. Just get along just for the child sake both of you had together. She came to me & told me she hate her self. He very prideful, like to be into other's matter. I told her talk to a seek counselor, (to work on your issues that going on now & in the past) pastor, other relatives you can trust. You need to have self esteem & don't let have no one have that much power of you. Is there anything else I can give her? She even doesn’t like to clean her apt, take a bathe. Has anyone found out that once you get married the sex seems to slow down from 3 to 4 times a day to once or twice a month. As the years go buy your lucky to get it once a year ect. My boyfriend knew i had friends and liked to hang out with them once in a while. I like to go dancing, play pool, bowling. Have a drink once in a while. I keep doubting that the guy I love feels the same about me. Please reassure me!! This is what he has done in the past:
1. He said hi to all my friends but I was the only one he asked how I was and he said it all soft n stuff
2. He stares at me all the time. I mean CONSTANTLY!
3. He has really good manners around me.
4. He tries to talk to me alot and be around me.
5. When he enters a room he slowly looks around.
6. He is always talking with my friends, family and especially my brothers.
