I have a family member who is a liar and two-faced. I thought she was my friend and confidant, to find out that she goes behind my back twisting everything I say to make me seem like a bad person when those are her thoughts, she has spread lies and is just having too much fun causing drama.....I am truely tired of biting my tounge and turning the other cheek and looking like an idiot or as if I do have something to hide by not saying anything. I have tried to lay low, but I have had enough and I need tips on how to call her out on her lies and put her in her place tactfully, not sure that can even be done. I am no longer interested in conserving a friendship with her....any ideas?

I'm 19 and my fiance is almost 22 we have been together for 4 years and things were always sooo great! we have a 2 year old son and he is our pride and joy! well as of lately he has been acting so strange. he never wants to talk to me about real things its always just a "that was a good movie huh" and i go to talk about it and he has already moved past that conversation. he rarley wants to have sex its like when i want it he says no or makes excuses and he has been being pretty mean lately. he tells me to shut up ALL the time like if i try to ask him something. if i ask you a question that he doesnt want to answer he just says "shut up im the boss" then other times he is really nice and things feel like old times but its just getting so hard to deal with! i find myself getting depressed because everytime i tell him what im feeling he says he is sorry and he will try to change and a day later it is back to the same old stuff again. PLEASE tell me what the heck is going on! :(

He's not so skinny either. When we first met I didn't know what his feelings were, so I just acted normally. Then when he started to treat me differently, I was like, uh oh. He's asked me out, everything, and he's asked WHY I don't want to go out with him or be more than friends. He's cried, not understanding why I "don't even give us a chance." I can't seem to get the words "Because you're so dam n ugly!" out. (sigh) He looks like a raccoon. I'm not exaggerating.

I'm a naturally nice and polite person, I'm never rude to him or make him feel bad, so don't get mad at me. We get along great, but the worst part is... I don't like being seen with him too much for the fear of people thinking he's my boyfriend. All he speaks of me is wonders, I'm a goddess to him, in a way. He says I'm so beautiful, smart, perfect, not fake like other girls, understanding, blah blah blah.

Should I feel bad for being shallow?

my husband and i had split up do to him cheating well he has moved back in and we have been trying to give it another shot but the thing is he is really trying to make it work and i keep talking to other guys on the phone wont clean up the house,cook or anything i don't understand what has made me act like this i used to be the complete opposite and i feel bad for my husband, because he is trying to make things work and i have lost interest i guess so what do you think about this situation?

I am a man who has very little dating experience due to my years as a chef and my travelling, what would a women who I met and wanted to date be looking for in a man, what are the types of men do you look for, and what draws you to someone and accept that first date invitation. We've decided to move in together. My child is 2 1/2 years old. My boyfriend is not his biologicial father. His biological father is not and never will be in the picture. (I was widowed while pregnant with him) He feels that my boyfriend is his dad. I told my parents and they told me I am going to hell (I'm Catholic) & that God will punish my son for what I have chosen to do and that is what will disgrace our family. I need some input on how to deal with them. I don't want them to not be in our lives but they need to just accept I am an adult and that talking about the situation over and over isn't going to change anyone's opinion. They feel that my boyfriend not wanting to discuss it with them means he is scared of them and won't "man up" to what we've decided. We feel that they are my parents and as an adult he doesn't need to be grilled and insulted by them. I am their daughter so I feel that I am obligated to at least listen to them. He doesn't need to do that. Any input?

My x left a year ago when his ex wife signed the financial agreement for their divorce She gave it him to post and he said he didnt want to and said he wanted to stay living with her Now i have texted his ex saying he loves me but is scared of her and also that he is with her for money but really wants me I have told her we have met and made love He tells me he cant come to see me over night as she wont like it I know he wants to come but is scared of her We have met a few times at lunch times I am positive he really loves me so what should I do now? so i'm having problems with my husband of 3 years. (see other ?s) basically we're 27, he's going out every wkend and i'm staying home with our daughter for the most part. even when we get a sitter, there's no "us" time. i feel like 6 years of being together we are in a routine. wake up, go to work, come home, eat supper, go to bed-do it all over again. we talk-like we're best friends, and laugh. i feel like we've been married for 40 years and there's just no lust, no passion. is this what i'm in store for for years and years to come? should i be happy with this?

This kid at my school really likes me. He has actually asked me out several times. He keeps asking me to the movies and I allways make up excuses insted of just telling him I dont like him. We were friends and I might have gave him the wrong impression and now I just dont know what to say to him to make him stop asking me out. I feel really bad about it too. One day he told me to call him back and tell him if I was alloud to go to the movies and I didnt because I didnt know what to tell him, and the next day he sent me this email and he was like "Um okay?! Why did'nt you call me back? I was planing on going" I just dont want him to go on thinking i have this big crush on him when i only consider him a friend.

I think I am attracted to girls much more beautiful than I am comparatively. I like the kind of girls you see in tv and movies, but in my mind I know these are idealized unrealistic portrayals. How can I convince myself to "settle" for more realistic girls who I might think are less attractive physically. Can these normal girls become more attractive to me if I start a relationship with them?

I'm really confused. Why must the media convince me I want women that aren't real and that I know I cant have?

Am I even making sense?

He works with me. He is very handsome but at least 15 years older than me. he is also married with kids. there is something that happens when we talk. You can really tell there is something going on. Today he kissed me. I just got up and left. He wants us to have an affair.He doesn't want to leave his wife and I don't want to leave my husband. I really like him. I know I love my husband, but I really like this man and would like to go ahead and call him to get together sometime. I feel so guilty when I see my husband. I don't know what to do. Help please!
