UMMM, I am not sure why you think a man would know why your vagina hurts when you take out your tampon. If this is a serious question the answer is this........ Either you are trying to change it to early and its still dry or you are using one that is to large for you vaginal canal. Try using a smaller tampon and wearing it longer.

Uhh! Since we don't generally wear tampons, how would we know why? Shouldn't you ask that of another woman? Maybe you shoved it up your *** too far? It would be my best guess. LOL

well i hope a guy would not know..so I don't know what you ment by that. but it could be that you are using a size too big or it may be positioned wrong.
