My husband and I are raising his teenage daughter, well we thought she was his daughter. As she got older my husband knew deep down she wasn't his, now she looks exactly like his ex-best friend. When I saw a picture of his friend I knew immediatly he was her father. We recently found my husbands ex-friend got together with the low down mother and decided to say my husband was the father. This all happened when he was 19 so he didn't have enough sense to get a blood test he just assumed responsibility. her biological father is in jail and can't do anything for her anyway. I really want to confront him and her mother about what they did. I planned to write a long letter to the sperm donor to get everything off my chest, I really just want to let him to know what I think of him for what for what they did.I want to confront her mom also, but I don't wnt to hurt my step daughter while doing this because she doesn't know about any of this. Should I just leave it alone?

I have been with a girl for 6 years now. When we first got together she was beautiful and slim. Now she eats her face off everyday and I swear I can see looking at me like I am food when she doesnt have her fat face in a pie or in a bowl of ice cream. Sometimes she will growl at me like a Bigfoot when her plate is empty, and charge at me like a Bull. Should I handcuff her to a treadmill?. Or just bite her fat ankle and run like hell?. I just cant stand looking at her fat cowpig body and her disgustingly huge face anymore. She is eating thru my bank account and we are not welcome to many buffets anymore due to the fact she eats the whole restaurant , even the chair she plants her fat body on. I even caught her nawing on my dogs bone because her fat body couldnt get out of bed to get to the fridge.How do I break-up with her so she doesnt eat my foot or take a bite of my cheek?. Uh oh she is lookking at me right now. I think she needs her 19th meal today.

about a month and a half ago, maybe two months, he asked a friend of his to get my sn. that night he imed me, and now we talk for hours everyday. finally, we hung out. i went to his house for about six or seven hours. then on the fourth i went to his camp with him, then we went and watched the fireworks together. and last night we hung out for the fifth time, and he still hasn't made any move. he won't even hold my hand. i know he respects me, and that might be why he's moving so slow. but come on...he doesnt even sit next to me when we watch a movie or something. last night when i was at his house though, we were just messing around and we decided to arm wrestle. well, we sat there basically just holding hands looking at each other for like five minutes before the actual arm wrestling even began. i know he likes me, and i like him, but i dont really want to make the first move. i think he might be the kind of guy that would like to do that himself. what should i do??? thanks=]

My boyfriend cheated on me less than a year ago and I just cant seem to get over it. The pain Seems to hurt more and more. Ive been depressed not wanting to let go of what we had; and for days I dragged on with this aching feeling. I finally told him that I was going to move out, mabye my trust will return back after I take some time to heal. Well, it's been three days since i have told him, and it's getting harder for me to move forward becuase he acts like everything is normal. I just dont have the engery to keep telling him and reminding him. What should I do, I need some kind of strength, it's been very hard to get to this point to really tell him what i need in my life and what Im going to do. What else do I need to do?

I don't want stinky ciggarettes funking up my reception. I am not a smoker, HTB is a former smoker but quit for me. Orginally it was no big deal since the covered patio was attached to the reception space. With our new location there is no designated smoking area and people have started to gripe.

The smoking/non-smoking people on the guest list is about 50/50....how do I handle it so half my reception isn't spending all night in the parking lot? Can they go a few hours without lighting up or am I having a bridezilla moment?

We are tossing around the idea of getting married at the science center. The reception would be outdoors on the patio or indoors in the big lobby if the weather is bad. Usual food, dancing, music. They only allow beer and wine. The ceremony would take place in the planetarium, candlelit with either the stars or a stormy sky above us.

My HTB is worried that people will think a wedding ceremony in a planetarium is odd......

My neighbor's next door moved in about 6 months ago. I speak with them all of the time, our kids play, and we see them all of the time. They also talk to 2 other people on our street that they have made friends with. We are friends with one of the couples...the other we are just accquaintences with. We have had them over for dinner not to long ago,they showed up late and didn't seem appreciative. The other evening we were out having dinner as a family on our deck and they had the 2 couples over for dinner(right next door so of course we noticed), no invite to us and they don't like anyone else on the street. I am offended and have hurt feelings, I also see this as they must not like us even though they act like it. How awkward. What is the etiquitte of dealing with this situation?

A guy let me down. I feel inapropriate, not good enough, not interesting enough. I'm sad.
Before meeting him, my life was joyfull and I was happy, that probably attract his attention when he met me.
But this relashionship left me with a deficit of love, in my heart. It is painfull.
What can I do to feel better and get back on my feet quickly.. get back my confidence, pamper my heart so it will not hurt anymore..

I am 18 years old, and I just found out my parents are planning on getting a divorce after 27 years of marriage. I am so emotional and scared, but I am trying to hold it together! I am just worried, my sister will be worse. She is very emotional as it is..when they tell her...she will be very upset! She is 13, so I am her older brother! like they want you to spend for them
i hate this attitude, i serioulsly wish my sister and cousin dont accept gifts from men,because i know that when you accept gifts from suitors that you dont even like then you are giving them the wrong idea
and i dont like men to walk or drive me home when i dont even like them, i tell them simple and easy what i feel so that i wont hurt them by letting them on.
i just cant beleive that my cousin and sister actually ask for money from their boyfriends, i hate that, i think a woman and a man must be equal especially with money, if my bf would treat me i would also pay half of the bill

I'm a 29/m from Long Island who has not had any luck in the dating world. Sometimes I think the fact that I stutter really turns off women. But three months ago one of my friends said something interesting-he said I am an old-fashioned guy, and maybe I am just in the wrong type of social city. I believe in the little things-opening doors, treating their parents with respect and calling them "Mr." or "Mrs.," making sure the young woman is home when I promise she will be. New York has so many women, but to be honest, I seem to find them very much into material things and just not what I'm looking for-I find they tend to gravitate toward the guys who make more money but focus more time staring at their bodies. I've always believed southern women, particularly from regions like Atlanta and so on are a different breed. I actually went to Atlanta for a convention last month and loved the city and the way of life. I would welcome any comments-are Southern women different?

originally wanted to plan a party for one of my sisters for a sweet 16(I am her legal guardian;her twin lives with my cousin). Listening to family, I decided to include my cousin on the planning . I did most of the legwork(deposits,buying decorations,keeping contact with dj photographer venue)and my cousin just got the table decorations done.She is upset that I invited my GRANDMOTHER to the birthday party, called me, and decided to pull out the party. Not only is she not coming up with the money she intended to pay , but party isnt for the other sister anymore. Can she be sued for her half of the expenses that I now have to pay to keep the party plans rolling?($700) The party is next weekend.She pulled out on the party today . I am aware I wont see the money for a while. We are also not on speaking terms.Oh, her reason for not liking my grandmother is due to family RUMORS that my grandmother didnt know about. Now I have to face telling her why we wont be seeing her other granddaughter

Me and my girlfriend have been dating for 3 years now and i want to know something

This summer I've been pretty busy and haven't had a lot of time to spend with a guy acquaintance of mine from high school whom I was never really that close to. He's rather needy and dramatic- he expects to drop everything I'm doing and come running to help him in his "crisis" which is never nearly as bad as he makes it seem. He tries to manipulate me into responding or giving him attention. I was in class when he decided to try to get me to come visit him at work. I decided to not respond to his text and he later wrote me a lengthy email explaining how I must meet with him in person as he has a jealousy problem that is worsening. I really think it would be best for me to just cut off this relationship entirely. He's been wearing on me for years and it just keeps getting worse- I'm not the first person he has burnt out. So what does it mean when a guy acquaintance says he's jealous? What should I do about it, considering I want the friendship end and I feel threatened by him. Thanks!!

nine mounths ago i feel inlove for the first time with a guy that i absoutly adore!hes got the cutest smile and the most beauitful eyes iv'e ever seen. heres the probem. this boy was mine. he was the first person that i really" loved"considering im only 14 years old. so i was new to the whole thing..it was the best mounth and 1/2 of my life!one evening i recieved a i/m from my bestfriend with my otherfriend i have no idea how but suddenly MY name poped up.and saying how my x bf didnt even like me. i didnt knoe what to do my heart was raceing and tears were crawling down my face.the only thing at that time was to me.since i was new to the relactionship thing, was to breakup with him ¬ try to talk it out with him.so i went and broke up with him.then he begged for me to go back out with him.i didnt i WENT OUT WITH ANOTER GUY.yeah call me stupid and dumb i was new2it. but here i am 9 mo later sobbing over it. i still have the cards he gave me 4my bday. i miss him but idk how 2tell him.

well i really liked this dude and he told me he USED to like me.so anyway time passsed by and he changed :no more saying i love you, graving me by da hips no nothing. then....the last day of school i kissed him but he didnt say anything.i had invited him to my party but he said he couldnt go b/c he was gonna go to the movies with hes other gal friends which were my rivals.after my party we went to the movies and i found him there and i got mad at him and he tried to get me unmad.the rest of the movie we held hands:]. time past and i left to mexico.a week later i sent him a messege on myspace telling him my feelings for him.....and he didnt say anything...but it didnt ruin our friendship. latley he started telling me all those things again. dose this means he feels the same way again????
