You are not going to believe me in a million years, I was just answering you question and the lights went off for a second but that's all it takes, I'm in Miami and this is rain forest right now there are thunder and lightning and torrential rain, well I just turn the computer back on and wait for it to boot, what else can I do?.. I didn't call the computer a name because it was nature's fault but I know is frustrating, thanx for adding me to your fan list..☺

It depends on what I was doing and whether or not it was important and if I can recover from it, temp saves or whatnot. When my data can't be recovered I get angry otherwise it's just an annoyance, it has gotten much better over the years with software recovering or keeping your work backed up in those situations. In the past if the computer went off everything you were working on was gone.

I'm calm but annoyed. The computer is, after all, just a machine. It doesn't care if we get angry with it or not. It's frustrating if I lose what I'm typing. Hopefully autosave was working and I can get back to it with a minimum of fuss.

Initially I am very angry. Then I quickly calm myself down and accept what has happened. That the same thing I do when someone cut me off on the highway or says something rude to me. Express that anger and then let it go.

HA !... I work at a computer repair company - and I've realized just how bad that this inanimate object of plastic and electronics has us by the "balls"...
I deal with customers every day needing service "yesterday"....
Makes me wonder... did the computer really make our lives easier ?

haha i've gotten quite upset with my computer, especially when i'm doing something very important, that didn't end up getting saved, so it's mixed reactions, lol sometimes i want to throw it out the windows.. other times i just sit there and wait for it to restart.

depeds on what I was doing- i'm not really a freak out sort of person, but if i was doing something important, like a 17 page paper, or winning a game, i get all up in the computer's face...it hasn't retaliated yet.

I get so pissed off. I get into this fury where my emotions of hate and rage just take over and I throw and break objects and other things. It's not a pretty sight.

I cuss at and verbally abuse my machine. Its really pathetic. But then i remember oh yeah this is all microsofts fault. So i switch to Ubuntu and Linux calms me down..she really knows how to treat a guy.
