I'm a father & I want at LEAST joint custody of my 13yo girl. Here are the particulars:

I'm a career soldier (15 yrs) that will retire in under 5 years.

The same judge awarded custody of my youngest daughter from a previous relationship to me late last year.

*Her mother is in her mid 30's & hasn't worked a day in her life (no B.S). Our taxes has always paid for her welfare / section 8.

* She's always had custody

* My girl was raped by one of her boyfriends @ the age of 5.

* My daughter wants to stay w/ both of us not just her mom all the time.

* My child support NEVER is spent on my girl. Her grandparents get here what she needs.

ok when i was little i think i was molested this boys told me to pull down my pants and he touched my private, he told me to toiuch his, then girl dragged me in to the bath room and she took her clothes off. wwith that boys he touched me many times. on the school bus this other boy pulled down my pants and licked my private this is when i was little

There is this guy that I think likes me, but I like his best friend, but his best friend said no to me when I asked him out, and now I dont know what to do, because I want to know if he really does like me. Ok, Well Should I ask him if he likes me? I mean he has been weird around me lately. He is just going around trying to ask me if I am having a good day, then he trys to hug me. It is really weird. There's this girl I really like in my college class. We talk and all, but I can't tell if she likes me, she is kinda shy and nervous around me. I caught her staring at me last time and when I looked over she turned away real fast. I just want to take this to probably a friend level since theres a bunch of uncertainty still. I don't have her # and haven't hung out with her yet. How should I go about getting her # and taking her out and still seem to only have friendly intentions for her since we're nearing the end of class?

what is being "in love" really??

I've met this person 5 months ago. I felt instantly comfortable around him which is really strange for me because I'm sort of guy phopic. At first, I just saw him as a friend. I sometimes even forget that he's a guy. We used to joke around a lot. I actually had a lot of things I don't like about him. In short, he's the opposite of my ideal guy. But I don't know what happened, when we separated, I suddenly missed him. I miss him every single day. I can't stop my mind from thingking about him. I've turned against all my hard fought principles. I always tell myself before that love is stupid, and that relationships are waste of time. I even went inside the monastery to fix myself... it's like fate is playing with me, when I got out, the more I realized I really do care about him. I don't know what to do anymore. I just want to make him happy but I always screw up. Is this love? I've never thought I'd be in this kind of situation.

we often fight alot now because of my jellousness..

I feel that maybe he's getting tired of our relationship

I have been a stay at home mom for about7-8
years now.

I feel like I lost so much to learn in life because
i'm too busy at home with the kids..
I feel as if I have no life staying home taking
care of the kids.

I am now suffering from severe depression these past 6-7 months..

I became very anti-social, dont wanna go
anywhere, do anything, "NOTHING"

I feel I have no future in this life..If I have another child..Then for sure I will be stuck at
home for good..

I don't have any friends anymore because of my
depression..

I'm in college and this girl in my class
(my class is huggge) kept starring at me and i starred back at her and eventaully i went up to her and she started smiling and stuff but then i had to leave cuz someone was sitting in the seat beside her..... i see thsi chick @ the library and i noticed she keeps walking past me.. but then when she saw this hot blonde girl talking to me she sort of got a ***** look on her face.... do u think she is jealous? i dont even know the other girl's name.

I went to a family party with my husband. Two weeks later his cousin sisters rang my sis in law(who doesn't like me) & my mum in law that I was checking out one of their husbands & winking at him, the truth was that he was doing that but i didnt say anything there and then in order not to make a scene. Now when I try to confront them about it they just say they don't want to talk about it, and its better to keep a distant, but that ain't good enough for me, I want an explanation. How dare they go and ring my MIL &SIL and say such stuff and now say they dont want to talk about it. Wen I did speak to one of the cousins she said she had spoke to my sis in law who had said stuff bout me, now wen I confront that cousin she says to drop the subject. I told my hubby and he said his sis would neva do that and that the cousins are lying. I don't know what to think! Please help

I will be bringing my 9 month old to my cousin's wedding in July. His dad has to work, so it will be the two of us. I've never taken a baby to this sort of thing. (Yes, kids & babies are welcome at this wedding).

What should I bring... what should I leave at home?

Obviously I know to bring food, diapers, clothes, and a few toys... anything else?

every week end , I have to fight with one of my parents! since finished my studies and started working, we started fighting because of the way I manage my salary. I think it's a very personal matter, I work hard to get this money so i'm the only concerned of the way to spend it
I need to buy clothes for job and for everyday's liufe, I need to hung out with my friends, to have lunch at restaurants from tiem to time, but they don't understand that, they just want me to save it, and to keep it at the bank
I participate in he family expences, I pay my brothers medecines, the water, the electricity fees and many other things, even if I have a low salary
I don't understand why they are bothering me like that
they even don't want me to travel during my vocation!!

any suggestions?!!

my friends kayla & sabrina & me want to go to the mall (none of us can drive) but sabrina's mom's car is a 2 seater so she can't drive anyone. and kayla's mom is at work all day so kayla doesn't have a ride.
so the only way all three of us would get to the mall would be if my mom picked up kayla & drove both of us to the mall (& sabrina takes her own car)
but when i asked her this was the conversation
me"kayla doesnt have a ride so can you pick her up when you take me"
mom"(yelling voice) CAROLINE! I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE 30 MINUTES OUT OF MY DAY TO TAKE YOUR LITTLE FRIENDS TO THE MALL!!!

well it started at the gym...i was exercising and i was using my ipod and my aunt came and told me to give her my ipod cause she needs to run and she cant run w/o one (but i always see her run w/o her ipod) and then i said no cause i also need to use it...and she just got piss at me and not talk to me for 5 days already...is it my fault? and also she forgot to bring her own ipod! anyways for my graduation day...the promotion...thing...she didnt come at all! and i didnt get piss at her and she got piss just for an ipod! tell me who's fault it is && why plz...thnx and plz be honest!

My wife (24yrsold) and I (25yrsold) have been dating for around 6yrs before we got married. (We have been married for 1 year) . We used to make out all the time before we got married and she went down on me a lot as well as touched me, etc. But after we got married she has only went down on me like 3-4times in the last year and we can go up to a week without kissing and even longer without french kissing. I even ask her when i leave for work for a kiss and she tells me no. We broke up for a few months before we got married in which i was with someone else which i know hurt her.. so that might be way she is this way now.. Im always aggitated all the time, probably due to sexual frustration. I really love my wife and want to be with her but I don't know how much longer i can be in a relationship where there is hardly any physical contact. I get the feeling she doesn't find me atractive anymore and i don't know what to do, please help.

I wasn't spending time with my sister like I should have been, so my fiance and I decided to take Saturday mornings and Tuesday nights to ourselves so I could spend time with my sister and he could spend time with his friends. They all like to play World of Warcraft.

Well, it didn't work out right. He spends time with his friends like we agreed to, but instead of my sister spending time with me, she plays World of Warcraft with them! So here I am with nobody to hang out with (my sister is my best friend). They are all 65 +. My character is too low level to do anything.

I feel left out and alone. He got things his way, but I'm screwed.

I would like to join a mom group, but I feel frowned on when I say how many children I have. I have 6, no husband,(was with their father 10yrs)been single for 1yr6mos. I dont want to get into the dating field, seeing that my children are at tender ages, and I have to keep my ears and eyes open at all times. Plus I dont think i'll be able to trust anyone, and everybody does not understand children anyway. Men can be pretty demanding. So, I was thinking of taking up other things like getting my health in order (and theirs) joing a moms club, or book club, something like that. ANY ideas for a 31 year young mom to do in spare time would be appreciated. I'd like to do something where people like me are. Well thanks for listening and reading.

I'm 17. Never had a date, nor a girlfriend. I rarely even communicate with women in general. I know that I have to get out of this habit but everytime I consider doing it I fall back to old habits (being a recluse, etc). I need to break out of this, but I don't know how to do it. I won't even try, that's the problem. I fall back and say "what's the use?" before doing anything.
