i think you should be able to get custody!!! the mother would be lucky to even get visitation if the judge knows one of her "bfs" raped your daughter. you have to watch who you allow around your children.

If you were not in the millitary the court would most likely give you full custody with those facts.
Unfortunately because your in the millitary and can be sent to war at any given time they will probably not. Courts tend to give custody to a parent that can be with their kids all the time.
However, that said, you should get a good attorney and fight her, you can easily prove her an unfit mother if your daughter has been harmed like you say.
Start collecting the proof and get a good lawyer.
There are agencies set up to help with fathers rights you may want to contact them in your area.
Good Luck!

It sounds like you have a good chance of being awarded custody, and I would also ask for supervised visitation with the mother if this is the life style that the mother is living. You need to talk with your child she is old enough to tell you want she wants, and ask that she be admitted to speak with the judge in private about her living arrangements, at that age the judge will take her word for consideration.

Dont challeng mom on her level but let the past year with your other daughter speak for itself. Just prove that youre the best parent for the job but dont attack mom. You can always ask the Jude to let you daughter decide who she wants to live with. Dont make any accusations that you cant prove with hard evidence. Id say you have a 50/50 chance here of gaining custody as long as you can prove yourself to the Judge. Good luck

You want to document EVERYTHING and have it ready for court. Unfortunately, judges tend to side with mother's more...which isn't always good, but you need to be able to prove that living with you is in your daughters best interest. Being that your daughter is 13, she may be able to testify and influence the judges decision. The rape incident alone should definetely help you out. Sorry about that happening.

If there is documentation on the rape (I'm so sorry) that should be enough ammunition I would think in court, basically get as much documentation, timelines etc and if you can afford a lawyer get one. Your daughter is lucky to have such a concerned father. Good luck to you guys!
Oh, also try to look into free legal advice in the search engines

well, it looks like you should get what you want. with information like that about the mother, the court would probably give you full custody.
