my uncle larson just came into town to visit for the weekend and i don't know if it is ok to tell him to leave becuz he is so messy and he embarresses me all the time and he never shuts up and i think it wasa big mistake to ask him to come up here do you?

I have only known for 5 weeks, he has only known for 2 wks, he never married, no kids.......and flipping out....wants to terminate pregnancy....I do not....It is a dilemma, we cannot resolve.....should i expect this man to step up to the plate....I have no gaping needs, I have a house, business, cars, money etc...ful life...Am I being selfish by not giving him what he wants?

We stay in a joint family , Our in laws stay with us , My husband leaves all the decisions to them. Does not take up any responsibilty at all, when will he grow up. His parents still treat him like a small kid!!!

hello, I am currently looking for the perfect ring. I am getting a cz engagement ring because in a couple years we are planning to buy a new, bigger house and i would rather put the money towards that than an expensive ring. I wil be the only one who knows it is fake, so who cares?
I would like some opinions on a carat size for the ring. I have chosen a princess cut, white gold with 3 small stones on each side of the band. I do not want something big and flashy. I am torn between getting a 1ct or a .75ct center stone. Money is no object obviously because it is a cz. We both make good/decent money, but I don't want a ring that looks like it costs a ridiculous amount of money. Don't get me wrong I do want a noticible ring, but nothing too much. The side stones equal .75ct alone.
Opinions please, 1ct center stone or .75??

I decided to let each girl choose her own dress. I chose the Apple Red color from David's Bridal. I have three girls in the wedding. One chose a tea-length dress. I'm thinking she'd look best placed in the middle. I am considering having them all wear elbow length gloves as a way to tie them all together. Is it a good idea to have all the accessories match, or go with whatever suits their individual style?

This is sort of a silly question, but oh well.

We were on a fieldtrip in Orlando, Florida and we were playing truth or dare. We were talking on the hotel phones room to room and the guys asked me, "Do you dig Alex?"

I just want to know what that means, exactly. I mean, I know it means that they were asking if I like him more than a friend. But why do guys always say 'dig'? Is it just their way of asking if I had a crush on him?

like you people told me to do i told the guy i love that i liked him and now he wont even talk to me what do i do but kill myself i mean if not for love what is there to live for. i have this saying "love is the master key to the gates of happiness" so if there is no love what is there to live for if there is no love there is no happiness and a life without happines and love is meaningless right so what should i do kill myself or live though the pain that i have lived through so many times before and came so close to death i could smell it so what do i do and i wont talk to him or i might burst into tears so help me help me find a way inside the gates of happiness without the key help me keep my life ( oh yea he was my best friend)

ok. well my ex bf was rubbing some chick in my face so i rubbed another guy in his face. well this other guy tried to kiss me but i pulled away and walked off. ok..now my ex is all mad at me and hes telling my friends that he doesnt like me like that nemore and that hes mad at me cuz the person that TRIED to kiss me. idk. it seems like hes really jealous but idk. im writing him an apology cuz of it all but idk if i should do that or not. i mean i didnt do nething and i dont think i should have to apologize. but then again i feel like i should have to. but idk why! its hard. someone HELP ME!!!

Ok it's like this.We have been married for 2 years and things are great except when it comes to his family.I can't stand his mother she is back stabing and two faced.She has caused more than one argument between my husband and I.
She is forever looking down on me.THe ways that I clean my house,take care of our child,and my work nothing is ever good enough so I have basically cout her off on my end.
I have talked to her about the way I feel.She will stop critizing for a couple of weeks and than it starts all over again.
I would never make my husband choose,but is cutting off the only way to have a healthy happy life with my husband.What would you do?

Hi, I am wondering if I should throw a party for my friend that is getting married. We all live across the country and I know she is not going to be planning on having this event. (I am a bridesmaid).

We are from the same city and a lot of our friends live there still. (neither of us live there anymore, but can get there) I was thinking about doing a small party for her, but My question is, can I invite our old co workers to this party even though they were not sent invites to the wedding? I dont know if i would technically call it a "shower" or "Bachelorette Party", I would like to just get all the girls together and celebrate.
I would not even expect them to all bring gifts if they didnt want to ... what do you think??

I have been to bachelorette parties before, and have not been invited to the wedding, and I was not offended.... any opinions or advice?

I would just like to do something nice for her. :)

so i was upset at the fact that my bf had alot of female friends who he sweet talks to. calls them "baby..sweety..hunny" etc...

and he tells me he is only being nice them, and that they are just friends..nothin more.

so i wanted to find out for myself and messaged those girls and told them our situation..that i think he is trying to talk to me and them at the same time...

well..he took it the wrong way, and thought that i am trying to ruin his reputation as a man-whore...and now he is ignoring me and trying to tell those girls that i'm crazy and a liar...

was it my fault to message his friends? or do i have a right to?

what would you have done? and do u believe he will ever forgive me?? i believe i overeacted and got carried away....

but what i don't understand is..if they really are only JUST FRIENDS to him..why is he getting so upset? does anyone understand this?

People (not all but many) seem to think you have completed life if you marry. Many people are not married, and many want to be. Yet some are happily content to be single and have more freedom, and to be able to have friends of the opposite sex. I can enjoy female friends and go shopping, a visit to their home to help them clean up the yard or to play with their pets, dogs or Cats. To watch a movie and to enjoy outdoor parks and places. Sex is not part of friendship, just Relationships (that are deep serious and committed). I'm happy being able to know women who share my interests and can enjoy them with me, but I don't think Marriage is a absolute must. Everyone is not cut out to be a Good husband or wife or great father or mother. We just don't have what it takes.

I lost my daughter because of drug problems but have been sober going on 2 years now but am scared of being told i will not be able to be in her life.I never gave up my baby,i just needed to grow up and get my life together. my ex bf of now like 3 years calls me once in a blue moon. he called me back in october and just recently 4 dayz ago. and hes always askin and saying the same thing when he calls. he askes if i have a new bf and if i reply no he'll be like oh how come ur such a pretty girl. in the last convo we had he had the balls to remind me he was my first love..he said i was the first girl he ever cared about...i was just there listening ..he does most if the talking. when we first broke up he didnt talk to me for months then after that he always tried talking to me but i wouldnt talk to him then he got my cell number from someone. i think its weird that he calls me once in a blue moon, i would never call him. i swear he calls me just to torture me do i still have feelings for him? yes.. would i ever go back out with him maybe not. why is he still calling me?

I have a 4 year old daughter and if I even go in the garden she is calling after me. They say madeleine may have opened the door and wandered off, she wouldnt have done it quietly. She would have been calling mum and dad, or crying. Especially in the night. Kids dont like the dark, Im nervous at night imagine a child on the street. I think quite a few people heard her 10pm at night is not bedtime for adults. People go partying, dinner. I think more than one person has seen her. Someone heard her crying or calling. Do you think she is still alive it reminds me of the Jessica and Holly and the ben needham and the countless of kids in america never found.
