my wife is claiming 60% of the equity in our home as a divorce settlement. she wants to buy me out, but is claiming the legal entitlement is at least 60-40 in favour of the wife. my son, our only child, has stated that he wants to spend a week with each of us in turn, is this true before i waste a fortune on solicitors

My friend and I decided to separate. Things weren't working out between us. I used to be her dearest friend but things went bad and we've pratically never stopped fighting for a year. And in the end, we were trying to reconcile, but she just didn't want me back I guess, and quit trying. She thinks she needs the summer off and not think about this, and try to be friends with me next fall when school starts again. She wants to take a break since she's tired of me and wants to get the "looking forward to seeing me" feeling again. We both know we could be great friends and we miss the good times we've had before this rough year. So what should I do for the next few months to keep my mind off of this? Act like everything's fine without her?

My uncle has been living with us for 6 months now. He was only supposed to live with us for 3. My mom wanted him to make something of himself so she got him a job, yatta yatta yatta. But he's making no effort to find a place of his own considering he has a steady, good paying job. He's a BIG alcoholic. I've never seen a bigger alcoholic ever in my life. He drinks at LEAST a 6 pack every day, most days more than that. I no longer bring friends to the house because who wants to hang out with a drunk alcoholic around all the time? I'm 15 and it's summer now. I want my old life back. He also is staying in our workout room. Our treadmill is now in our living room, an ab lounge in my room, and a set of dumbells in my brothers room. All of which were in our work out room. He's just been nothing but a nuisance. I have to post more details. Sorry so long.

Is being a 18 years old male virgin right? Being an 18 years old, I do get pressure from friends! Especially when a "Sex" topic pop up in a converstaion between a group of friends, I just do not know what to say or how to react! I usually just walk out from the conversation and do something else! I am just thinking because there's a girl whom I really enjoy being around, and I am comofortable with her when we go out; she's pretty and everyone thinks she's attractive. Hi. I'm now a 16 ( almost 17 year old ) junior in high school. In my freshman year when I was 14 I was "date" raped. My "boyfriend" who was several years older than me ( 18 almost 19 to be exact ) drugged me and took my virginity. All my freshman year I had lied and snuck around to date him because my aunt who I lived with wouldn't let me date till I was older (16). The other day my aunt and I got into an argument because I kissed a boy she doesn't like and I lied about it, and she told me "Haven't you learned what happened two years ago?", and also "Look what lieing got you before." She's basically blaming my rape on ME. Even though I did lie I've tried to deal with it by telling myself it wasn't my fault. It hurts me SOO bad when she says stuff like this. I mean am I in the right that no blame should rest on me? How can I make her understand it wasn't my fault? She's a college educated teacher . She's had pyschology classes so I figured she'd be able to understand at least a little.

i dont know how much more i can take....just yesterday me and my girlfriend where fine.....now to day i forgot what time her game was and asked her she goes off and tells me to leave only to come back in a hour after she cools down, so im not feeling good you know how it is after a fight and im a little depressed but the dumb *** that i am i walk over to see her dad in the yard working on a bench and her younger sister by the pool so i walk over to the door and her dad asks give me a hand? sure i walk over and i hear somthing and her older sister come out of the house and starts hurling water baloons at me....then she comes out and trows them and like as fast as she can at like 5 feet....and she doesnt even look like she enjoying leaving marks on my ribcage....so now im kinda of mad sad depressed and i just dont know what to do any ideas? she does this to me a lot we will be good then i do one little thing and bam i feel like **** for a while then we start the ride back over.....

My boyfriend and i have been together for nearly a year.Well almost,as we split up for around 6 months.We're just as in love now as we were before the split.We had been intimate,but not as intimate as he got when he went on the rebound with an older girl...as he slept with her.He now says he regrets rushing things,and even being with her.We're building our relationship back up,and it's going well,but just the other day he asked me for oral.He had never asked before,and i think it's something to do with the girl...i think i'll just let him wait a while longer...surely then he'll just want me even more?Why is he trying to rush it again anyway?

I have been married for two years now. My husband is military so we get like 6 months out of the year without each other. Before his last deployment he seemed to act as if he had no intrest in me what so ever. He told me on his last deployment that he is going to change, and sure I believed it. He is not the type to sit down and discuss problems, he'd rather just let them go on and on till we finally just drop it and move on. Today is the first day he is acting like hes not interested anymore again. He got back in december, and it seemed like everything was going to be okay... now what? I keep thinking I just want to leace but i really just don't know if I could leave him... He was also my high school sweet heart, and we have only been together a total of 5 years.

So we were lab partners last semester, we weren't really close but we were friends. I kinda like her, but I don't know if she likes me. I mean I am always the one who needs to text her, or e mail her, she never does it first. But sometimes she says stuff that makes me think that she likes me. Like one time she didn't answer my text, so I said in a joking way (after she told me her phone sucks so she never got the text) "I thought you hated me, and thats why you didnt answer the text" and she said "I couldnt hate you silly" so I am getting mixed messages. Are there people that can give you both emotional issues advice AND financial advice when you're married? I know there are therapist for marriage counselling and financial advisors but what about something for ALL marital problems?
