so i started a new job and on my 2nd day this girl came up and started talking and flirting with me out of no where. for 3 weeks straight we have been emailing, texting, and talking on the phone constantly i think she really likes me but she says "im only looking for friends" yet she wont hang out with me outside of work. we practically know everything about each other since we dont stop talking she told me i make her happy and thats good. so heres my questions
a. how can i get her to go out with me after work
b. how do i tell her i want to be more than just friends and try dating
c. is this a good idea since i work with her

(slight twist that may or may not matter, she has a son. but has not been with the dad in 2 1/2 years.)

Theres this guy at school (primary) that is always looking at me. There are moments when you can tell he likes me but, other moments you cant. Hes always looking at me whenever we see eachother. Hes always smiling at me but, When my friend (morgan) went to ask him out for me He said he think about it!

i am working away from home now and my last communication w/ my husband was a day b4 i left.but b4 this, there are already alot of problems between us( specifically financial) were 7 yaers now but he was never a good provider and supportive to our kid in all aspect., but i try to deal with it and do things on it for us to be a whole family but he' s not doing his part w/c i think is unfair.b4 i leave i ask hium to see and visit the kids once in a while( i leave them to my parents ) but still he didn't do anything even going to school to check them and all...now we don't have anycommunication. It will take some time, but eventually we will be debt free. Unfortunately, my husband is one of those people who sees something and has to have it there and then. I've been really trying to get through to him, but nothing seems to be working.

I've tried the scare tactic (by showing him how far in debt we really are), but he instead goes out and spends even more money (like he's in denial...oh dear). I've tried reverse psych by pretending its not that bad, but that doesn't work either.

I've tried making him responsible by getting him to look after bills, but he'll skip payments so that he can buy what he wants instead. I've tried taking control of all the money and giving him an "allowance", but he then borrows money off friends, so we end up having to pay them back!

ARRGGGH! If anyone has any advice or has been in a similar situation your thoughts would be appreciated!

The woman across the street has the last name "Sucket". It is German and rhymes with "Bucket". Her 2 grown kids from her first marriage have a different last name. She has tried correcting the name by saying the pronounciation is with a long u, like oo, pronounced "Sookit". It is not working, and it is a lie anyway. Should she not worry about how nasty it sounds? Her youngest 2 kids have to go through school with that last name. Any suggestions?

My girl's friends have always been around, we all know each other from the moment we started college, we even got the same classes together, and therefore, we do assignments together, and we're problably going to graduate together.
They're great people and good students, but I think my girlfriend is having them in a higher rank above me, and a female friend ,especifically, has told me mean remarks such as her being priority before me when doing assignments with my girl, and so. I've stood in calm, and I've told my girl 'bout it, and it looks like she doesn't believe me too much. The point is I think I given too much in order to be with her, and I don't feel she has done the same sacrifice, though.
It all got worse when I told this same friend of us that I didn't like her telling me my girlfriend's tastes and likes, she told my girl about it and now my girl is pissed with me because she thinks I'm being selfish in lieu of exploiting the info to know her better. Is there any solution?

My roommate and I had been friends for over a year before he moved in with me. He started dating this girl a year ago and she has been nothing but a strain of problems for our friendship. At first she lived at the house without my permission. I spoke to my friend about it but he didn't understand, nor respected my concerns. She was there when he wasn't, and used everything without paying for anything. Finally she moved to a different place and they now hang out between the two places but she hates my guts. She is constantly mean to me due to her insecurity in the realtionship. She claims to be sick and calls in the middle of the night if he is hanging out with me or any friend who is a female. It has gotten to a point where it is even impacting my other two roommates (they are married). I just am tired of having her come into my house and snap at me for no reason at all. When my husband and I then live-in boyfriend got pregnant I told him not to say anything to his parents until I was present. He couldn't hold it in and called her to tell her the news. Don't know what she responded to him, but, when I saw her I happily said "hi, grandma" and she said "wow, I didn't think you would take it this far". I wanted to just die at that moment but, not before choking her.
When the baby was born I mentioned I couldnt wait to pierce her ears and she says "you better not".

My hubby & his mom were never close. He moved out at 18. He talk to her every now and than but, she got the hit she didn't want her around but, after he join the army & got married. She went freakin crazy! The last day before he was getting sent off for boot camp. He wanted to be with me & no one else. She call the house & said You need to choose me or your wife. you can't have both. He called her couple of bad names and picked me.3 months after boot camp she called the red cross trying to find out where he lives. The red cross gave her his unit phone #. She even called his SGT to get him to come home. He called her 3 times in a year period tell her to leave him. She just won't. To this day she says she never asked him that question. We found out she on depresstion pills becuz he won't talk to her & she tried killing herself over this. She pretty much tells everyone that her son hates her. I really think she wants people to feel sorry for her. She still with married to my hubby dad.

i had a looooooooong dry spell. I haven't had sex in about a year. the men i usually date i often leave because i tell them no sex. I'm a pretty spiritual and religious girl, so I believe respect and purify the body is good thing. but i slipped recently. 3 months ago, I had no men at all. Now this is totally anonymous so tell the truth....reason I ask is because it seems like all guys cheat. Not only in my life but my friends and co workers tell me about their problems....are there any good guys left?

If you did cheat and still loved the girl you were in a relationship with, what made you cheat? Did you regret it? Would you do it again if you knew you would not get caught?

How do I deal with a crazy mother in law? I have to work with her 4 days a week. We used to really get along until her son and I got really serious. I love him very much, but his mother is seriously bi-polar or something. Some days she is in a fabulous mood, others she is like Satan on acid. This is all regardless of the fact that I constantly walk on egg shells to ensure I don't do anything to set her off. She turns rabid at the drop of a hat! Her own son even recognizes it, and yes, he has confronted her but then she she says crap like "you care about her more than you do me" or she just gets super ugly and defensive with him. I love her son more than anything. We have been together for 3 years... But she makes it soo hard. Can I get some tips on how to handle this??? I know I shouldn't let this get to me, but it is devistating.

Ok, to start, my husband and I have dated for 4 years, been married for one. We are VERY happy together and love each other very much. He is older then I am, buy 13 years. We both are family oriented people and we want a baby so bad. We've been trying since we got married and got pregnant twice actually. Unfortunately both pregnancies ended in miscarriage. Since then we have both been check out & my OB gave me a hormone pill to kind of "help things along." I started taking them last month, with no luck. May 16 is my 21st birthday and my family and hubby all want to take me out to celebrate. Drinking, ect. But if I do that, then we will have to take a month of from trying, since I would be drinking. So i'm torn on what to do. Of corse a baby is more important than drinking, but everyone is like its your 21st, you should take a break and have fun! I don't want to wait to have a baby for a few reasons. My hubbys age is one, plus I want this so bad. Any opinons/advice would be great!

I got married recently under special marriage act in maharashtra and got it nullified after 4 days . Now, I've a doubt about the validity of the whole process . How can a couple nullify there marriage without giving notice for some time period ? Now, we want to live together but dont know how to proceed , can we cancel our marriage cancellation (or is it divorce?) or do we need to again give the notice for 30 days and remarry with each other ?

I have a friend who is totally not taking care of her parents. She's single and earning well, but keeps it to herself. Her parents are old, the other one is sick and doesn't have much money to support themselves. She is 32 and still lives with her parents, she just gives money if she is forced to, otherwise, she will always say, she doesn't have much money. She is acting like a spoiled brat who needs to be taken care of. Her mom still takes care of her things like washing clothes, preparing food, etc...
