Everyone has, at least, very fine vellus hairs all over their body, except for the soles of the feet and palms of the hands. Some people have course hairs on various parts of the body including the butt unfortunately. So..yes. you're right.

I dont have a bunch of hair, but I do have a few stray hairs that have extended from my legs. But it doesnt matter if you are covered or if you have just one hair. He asked if you can grow hair on your butt and growing even 1 hair is growing hair.

Well,if you are a girl then I don't think you will have hair in your butt,but if you are a guy than yes it will grow hair in your butt,because most man are hairy!
