so i started a new job and on my 2nd day this girl came up and started talking and flirting with me out of no where. for 3 weeks straight we have been emailing, texting, and talking on the phone constantly i think she really likes me but she says "im only looking for friends" yet she wont hang out with me outside of work. we practically know everything about each other since we dont stop talking she told me i make her happy and thats good. so heres my questions
a. how can i get her to go out with me after work
b. how do i tell her i want to be more than just friends and try dating
c. is this a good idea since i work with her

(slight twist that may or may not matter, she has a son. but has not been with the dad in 2 1/2 years.)

a. Go to happy hour just to hang out and see her when she is loose. You could potentially get laid.
b. Dont EVER go there. If you end up dating, if things dont workout...she could be your enemy
c. Its only a good idea for casual sex. If the two of you work together, you will get tired of each other. And office politics will get in the way.

Maybe you should not pursue a relationship since you work together. But if there is a potential shot to score, then go for it when the oppurtunity presents itself in happy hour after work!!

She sounds like a tease, and messing with her AT WORK is worse than doing it on your own time.... apparently she just needs more responsibility at work since she has all this free time to be flirting with you...where do you work?? No, just kidding... I would not pursue this if I were you. Keep work and pleasure separate.

The only thing I can say is: be careful! It's your job. I had a couple of experiences like this, it always had a bad result for my job so, think if you like her so much and think how important is this job for you. good luck!

I personally wouldn't date someone I worked with. It can cause a lot of friction if you were to break-up. I've seen it happen too much. Best to keep it friends.

I'll make this blunt:

Don't **** where you eat.

Never date a woman from work. It is bad news even if the relationship does work out.
