missing him alot, this is his step-dad. he only known him, as his daddy since he was a born. his real dad has no contact with him whatsoever, he seen him maybe once or twice out and about in the neighborhood by accident , I told him who he was and thats it. he gives my son child support monthly, I had to file to get it. and he made no attempt to see him, or visit him my address is on the forms . but to make a long story short, my ex left us recently but do make short visits to see my son. my son kept asking me to contact his father he want to visit him, it is very arward to contact this man out of the blue, I tried it once and it fail! I can see the sadness in my son eyes, I try to make him happy with other things but he still ask for this man. Why? he is marriage, has a daughter, and made no attempt to contact us! I know I got myself in this position and saw it comming down the road, I was seperated from my husband when I got pregnant with my son,

I just recently got a new/used car, new to me. I work full time and treated myself to a few year old BMW. My mom asked what other cars I was considering and I told her. My mom has always been lazy and manipulative and uses anything to manipulate me. Well onto the good part, mom emailed me and asked me to look up information on all of the cars on the list for her, BUT one year newer than I got. She has no job by choice but has a husband who works who will probably buy it for her. BUT she wants me to do reseach for her? I take pride in the fact that I work and can buy myself nice things, she takes pride in the fact that she can get nice things without working. Must she rub it in my face? To me thats just mean and non mother like. What do you think?

Ok how would you interpret this situation. My fiancee knows that im going to pick her up from work. I turn up to her shop with her sister and she isnt there. We ask her friend where she is and as a joke i think her friend says with her boyfriend in the toilet. Her sister says she wants to go see her, so i go with her and her sister comes back out of the toilet and says shes not there. We go back to her shop, then about 5 min later my fiancee arrives at the shop. When her sister asks where she was she says in the toilet we just checked. Her sister then says no u weren't because we were just there. Then my fiancee says no i was in the out of order one, then her sister says no u weren't cause i checked there too. Conversation stops for 5 min then my fiancee changes her story and says she went to another toliet that was much much further than the other one and that she just wanted to walk. Also lately she has been very secretive with her mobile. Hanging up on the calls she receives.

Do spouses give each other room to grow normally in marriage? My ex-husband never let me do things on my own including grocery shopping. I had to buy things the way he wanted and the food that he liked. I also hid the things that I bought for myself and my child.

I am wondering if there was something wrong with me for not adjusting to his ways or if he was too controlling.

I always felt that every decision had to be made in his way or it was wrong. We never discussed anything or had good communication either.

Now that I am on my own, I make decisions as I want and spend money freely. I don't go overboard and try to economize where I can. However, I feel that we only live once so we deserve to treat ourselves well within our means.

She wants me to be a mindless zombie and do everything her way. I don't explain to her all my reasons for doing things because I just don't feel like it--not because they're bad reasons. We definitely are not as close as we used to be, and I doubt she has any feelings of motherly love fore me. It isn't that she neglects me or anything, she's good that way, but she's so annoying! And it honestly hurts that I can't talk to her without having a normal conversation. The smallest thing she turns into an arguement and basically, I would rather be a starving child in Africa. Then I would just die and have nothing to worry about.....

I realize I may have been critical on the subject and so forth but as a man why should you get married? A woman this day and age will cut and run so fast that she makes the American military look invincible. I understand the stats if you want to have kids and so forth, that it is better. But most American women do not want to have children, they view them as little parasites sucking way at all the future items they want. All they view you as the male as a future steady alimony payment. For all of those women who say "I will never leave my man", I say then don't talk to your friends and don't watch Oprah. Because one day, you are going to become to believe that you are a victem, and it is all your husband's fault, and whatever faults he may have youc an use to manipulate the courts and so forth and the aforementioned enablers will brainwash you into hating him. Soplease,gentlemen, enlighten me on why a man, in this day and age wherewomenareequal to men, is justified in getting married?

I’m 51 now, been married for 30 years … and we have 10 children and 2 grandkids. But, for a lot of healthy reasons, my wife prefers oil soap over aerosols for polishing furniture. Verbally, I’ve agreed with her; but in my heart I am still a lemon scented aerosol polisher. I don’t know what got into me tonight. When everyone was sleeping, I quietly went out for some lemon aerosol furniture polish and compulsively shined our dining room table 5 times. I just love that chemical scent of lemon aerosol; and the house is filled with it right now. It has a deeply soothing psychological affect on me … probably stirs good childhood memories.

So, I’m going to get caught indulging my sacred lemon aerosol furniture polish obsession in a little while. I’ll have some explaining to do. I wish I know how to explain this. Any ideas?

ok well i like a kid ansd he is soo cute and funny and i sit next to him in social studies and every day we pass notes and so it was friday and the next day (saturday) was my birthday and he said "tommorrows your birthday right" and i said yea but then we carried on with our notes and next he said (on the notes)Happy birthday and he wrote 2 hearts : ) and then he said just kiddind but i still loved it!!
anyway i asked him out and he said maybe but then there was this really mean girl and she told him in front of every one that i liked him and he said i know i already told her no! then later that day i said you never said no to me and he said"i know i just wanted to make her shut up" ???DOES HE LIKE ME ????

I work with my mother at my second job. I NEED to quit this job because they are giving me more hours than I asked for and my other job and home/family is severly suffering with my constantly being gone. However, my mother is taking her vacation in June and wants me to stay at this job so she makes sure she gets her vacation off. But if I stay at this job any longer I going to snap. I live with my grandparents.My boyfriend lives with us as well. He and I are planning to move out around january (btw i am 18) we have talked about it with my family and everyone seems to think that this will work out. My grandmother however seems to think differently. She wants us to get married if we are going to move out. I dont want to upset her but i dont want to get married right away. Its not that i dont love him.. i just dont want to get married it because SHE wants us to.

level is like a pre-kindergartner but she gets very angry at my other kids who aren't disabled she has disability because her father is this way! so it's like she 5'10,weights 100 lbs,wears a size 15 man shoe? and always causing confusion, talks very loud, talk very smart mouthed to me i tell her all time you are bless because there are people who would left you were you were at the hospital of course! i have been very repitious with her since she started walking at 5years old and started talking at 8 years old. I realize the frustration she's going through but why rebel against because what she's not able to do she says to me " if you would have taught me how to read and write I would be like i am now she's always been in multiple-handicapped class! if you get on her about how she talks to me or if i hit her back for hitting my other kids' i got social worker in my face! like she bit my 9 year old son,i whip her she ask for a band-aid of course why " my mom hit me for biting my brot
