He pinches my nipples, gives me wedgies, and does battery on me. I tried telling on him, but no one does anything anything about it. I am tired of it. Please help me.

Have you told your parents?Tell them and tell your principal that your going to go postal if the people in AUTHORITY dont do something and then youll sue the school and your parents because you have complained more than once about it.This should get them moving.Then the next time the little punk does something, wait a while ask him what that is on the ground, get him to bend way down and while ramming your knee into his face shove the back of his head downward.When his nose quits bleeding tell him theres plenty more where that came from.

The teacher doesnt do anything? That makes me mad. Can you stay away from him or arrange to only be near him if someone else is right with you. He definitely has problems and will probably be in the newspaper soon for getting in trouble. I think talk with your mom about not wanting to continue in school with him after this year. Can your mom talk with the school principal? This is called 'bullying' and tell your mom Oprah had it on her show . Maybe she can ask an attorney about the legal rights you have. So So Sorry.

Call his house and talk to his parents be like. We had random blood tests last week and we found out that your son is infected with the Aids Virus. Tell them you are very sorry for there news and that they should talk to there son about this. Then give them some bogus number to call you back at. Make sure the number you call from is blocked. A pay phone might even be better.

Can you just stay away from him? Do you have a friend in a higher grade that can tell him to leave you alone? I can't think of anything else unless you can tell him to leave you alone and all by yourself. If you're scared you have to get your friends to help you.

i would advise you to tell the teacher event hought these weren't actually serious cases... if u keep letting him do these things 2 u then he'll just go farther and start doing worse things? do u want that?

ask someone to keep track of you with a video camera and then try and get him to do that **** and u will have it on tape...then bring it to the office and get his *** out of there!!!
