she counterfeited money, and she got away with it for a while, but got caught, and told the police she found it at the mall with me, and told me to tell them if they contact me.

This is a long-time friend, like 5 years, my best friend, and I don't know what to do, she's only 13, and I had nothing to do with any of it!

We are entering the "empty nest" stage and I've been nervous about asking my wife if she would consider a trial period of what is talked about at this site: http://www.aroundherfinger.com/
I am a bit upset that I don't fell comfortable talking to her but I really am afraid that she will think I am "different". I bought the book and would like to ask her to read it.

I could use your input and opinions 1) Has anyone tried this (I was thinking of suggesting a 6 month 'trial period') and 2) do the ladies here think you might freak out if if your long term partner approacjed you with this type of idea.

Thanks for your help with this as I been troubled with it for quite some time

He is 100% behind me and my fiance getting married, but he isn't behind a wedding ceremony. Everytime I bring an idea up, he tells me why it impratical or to expensive. Its always about money. And I'm not asking him to help much with that. But it's bringing me down. He keeps telling me to just elope, but its not what i want at all. Any ideas on what I can do to get him on the band wagon? My mom couldn't be more excited and she knows my dad's commments hurt. Any help would be appreciated! Or just advice....

Ladies, would you wear something, even if you personally don't like it, just because it pleases your husband? Just curious.

I was engaged to someone who I ended up buying a house with. Shortly after we moved into the house he started to find faults with me left, right and centre and told me (and my teenaged son) to move out. We have since moved out into our own apartment and are quite happy, however my ex-fiance wants to get back together again and wants me to eventually move back into the house (which he owns most of). Before we were forced to move out I really loved him but now I find it hard to have any real loving feelings like I had before for him. He doesnt seem to understand this (?) I don't feel like I could trust him again. I feel like I don't even know him any more. I told him "separating" was not a positive move, however he didn't agree and now apart from the fact we only see each other twice a week at the most, the relationship is dwindling and yet he appears oblivious. Should I just remain friends or just walk away completely?

my boyfriend has a 10yr old daughter. I have been in his live since she was 5. She will not talk. I have never been able to talk to her. I have to use a pen and a paper. It sucks taking her out to eat cause she will not say what she wants. She will only talk to him. She has selective mutism. I hate when she comes to visit and I am stuck with her. If she would talk we could have more fun. She is also so in love with her dad. Its a little weird. We just had a daughter together. I just am lost in to how to get her to talk to me or my son. My boyfriend is of no help. He does not understand that I do not know her. So really how can I like her. All she does is stare at me. Then she will go talk to him in another room. What do I do. I do not want her coming for vacation and staying with me. Plus, she will not talk to my baby. My baby does not like her to hold her cause she exspects her to say something. She only talks to the baby in another room with her dad there. HELP!

My fiance wants the xbox360 for a VERY long time. But we were moving and we have a lot of wedding expenses so I kept putting it off.. Now he had a class that is really hard for him and so to motivate him to study I told him if he passed the test I would buy him the 360. Now before he got the results back - and even before he TOOK the test - he's been driving me crazy asking me about it and dropping me hints - at least 5 times a day. Saying things like x then b then o then x spread out in 3 different text messages as "subliminal messages", making a picture of xbox360 into my desktop background, coming home from work and saying "where is it?? wheres the 360?? i know you bought it!" and "tomorrow lets go to costco" (which is right next to bestbuy) and when I ask him if he really means bestbuy he just starts giggling like a little girl

NOW don't get me wrong - I REALLY REALLY want to buy this for him - but he TOTALLY ruins the surprise! I want to SURPRISE him with it but if he brings

Just recently found a myspace account in my husbands name. Provocative picture as the ID, not of him though, and it's a private page. I asked if I could see it, and he said no. Is that right?

She stays with a guy living on his couch. They supposedly don't have sex, but who knows. Perhaps I'm a bit naive,or stupid.

Have you ever been with someone in a relationship NOT because they were attractive to you by the outer shell but by the inner beauty?

I'm married, but my marriage isn't so hot and hasn't been for a while. I met this guy at work (we work at different branches at a bank)and I can't get my mind off of him. He doesn't know I'm married and I haven't made an extra effort to let him know that I am. We flirt when he comes down and have even ate lunch together. I know I need to let him know that I am married, but I really don't want to. How far should I let this go?

Okay i am 35 yrs old happily married 12 yrs and have 3 great kids.I take a lot of pride in taking care of myself making sure i am always well made up.I also exercise running 5 days a week and doing weights ect. to make sure my body is in top shape. Why do other women feel the need remark nastly about what i wear?I am a wedding planner with my own small buisniess and very friendly to everyone around town also participate in events.I have always gotten along with men rather than women. So i see nothing wrong with my hubby having friends over for a poker/card night or a big game night i will even hang around(i like sports).I have even allowed hubbys friends to crash at my house if they have been kicked out of their own homes. But for some reason no matter what i do most of the other wives speak badly of me?

My sister will be getting married next month, and as a gift, I purchased a Unity candle set that includes 2 side tapers. Traditionally how should these be lit. I think my sister is under the impression that the pastor lights one taper, and the remaining taper is lit from the one the pastor lit, and the bride and groom lite the unity candle.

I know this is incorrect.

If I remember correctly from past weddings, the tapers are lit by the mothers of the bride and groom. If that is correct. where do the mothers get their flame from?

If he is not gay, I will be surprised. He is actually "flaming" so to speak and is 18 yrs old. His dad thinks the reason he is not hanging out with girls is because he is focused on going to college and more interested in singing which he loves to do. He belongs to the musical groups and goes with girls, but has never really been interested in the women so to speak.
I could be wrong, but I seriously doubt it. How long does it take a person to "come out" and what is the best way to let someone know their preferences is ok with me? I think he is a great kid, but this will go over like a lead balloon in this macho like family full of 5 uncles and 4 brothers.

Well, I kind of having eating problems and I think I'm very ugly and fat. The school social worker says I'm not and she's going to call my parents to tell them that they need to support me more so I won't have a distorted image of myself. I don't want her to, because my parents are very strict and they will yell at me...Is she allowed to call my parents without my permission even though I'm 13?

Is there a time limit as to how much and how many times an ex can ask for an increase? What defense can you use against an increase? If you were on disability for 10 months and continued to pay support can the help as a defense?
