she counterfeited money, and she got away with it for a while, but got caught, and told the police she found it at the mall with me, and told me to tell them if they contact me.

This is a long-time friend, like 5 years, my best friend, and I don't know what to do, she's only 13, and I had nothing to do with any of it!

Your friend is in very serious trouble, and you could be, too, if you lie for her. Lying to the police is a crime. So is lying in court. Don't do it! (No true friend would put you on the spot like this).

tell the truth. Pls tell your parent about it. A worthy friend won't drag you into this. Nor are you doing what is helpful for you in future if you be her accomplice. Steer clear from her if she won't change. Let her parents know. She may be angry with you for exposing her but if she change eventually n appreciate your help, you really gain a friend. If not, then you can be glad that you discover earlier before she drag you into more serious stuff in future. Even if you keep mum now, one day she will be caught again n perhaps for something worse. So, though she is your long-time friend, help her by doing what is right, even though she may hate you n never forgive you for that. If anything worse happens to her, you will be guilty for life. Then it's better that you hate your guts while you keep a clear conscience.

tell the truth. if she is asking you to break the law, she isnt someone you want to be friends with. i know thats not what you want to hear, but thats the truth. its better for both of you in the long run. it might not seem like it now but take it from the wise learned old people on here, that if someone is asking you to break the law they arent someone you want to be hanging out with. the very fact that you asked this question shows that you are leaning closer to telling the truth if the police ask, you were just looking for confirmation that it is the right thing to do. tell the truth. if you lie, you could get in so much trouble.

tell the truth.... cause that is a really huge crime i mean a really big one and its better if she gets introuble now and hopefully learns her lesson so that she can straighten herself out!!!! Than later in life when shes in jail for years and years for something just as bad!! Dont worry about the friendship she will come around and eventually most likely realize that u really did do it to help her

it would count on how long i've got standard them and the rationalization they did it. in the event that they did it in vengeance for the two, because of the fact it grew to become into deserving and that i felt so then definite. If for no particular reason, then i might could evaluate mine and their ideas set. finding on the bond and a share of affection is the difficulty on the tip of the day. emotions won't be able to easily disappear, because of the fact of somebodys drastic action. as long as I knew they weren't a threat to me, possibly i might nonetheless be their pal. not all murderers are evil.

Be honest. It's better for both of you in the long run. And since she's only 13 she won't get put in jail or anything!

i would not consider her a friend. i would ditch her. she is only asking for some real trouble and she is getting you involved. if the police ask you anything you should tell them the truth.
