am working on a scrapbook for my parents 35th wedding anniversary and would like to come up with a list of questions my brother and I could answer about our parents to include in the book- questions like
1) What is your favorite memory of Mom? of Dad?
2) what is the one thing you did that Mom and Dad don't know about...or so you think?

I would like humorous as well as sentimental questions. Any questions are greatly appreciated and even if you only have 1 idea please list it. If you know of any great websites for this I'd love to have the links to them

Thanks so much for your help

Okay the day started off okay, my friend called me to verify what time she was going to babysit for me. In the background of our conversation her boyfriend was screaming in spanish because he's mexican cursing and pretty much not allowing her to say a word so I had to hang up and text to finish conversating. Well my friend my to keep our kid at our house, but she's calls me about 30 minutes later and it's quiet in the background and she asks if her boyfriend can come to my house. I've never met him and from our conversation earlier when we couldn't even talk I was hesitant so I called my husband and asked what he thought. The answer was no. I explained it to my friend and she seemed understanding I also asked if she wanted me to try and find another sitter and she said "of couse not your my friend". Okay it's getting late no phone call were dressed and ready to go can't get a hold of her by text or phone then I realize she stood me up.

I do not like seeing cords laying around (and often i will try to hide them), and I don't like people using my pillow. My husband has known this about me forever. The other day i was pushing the dvd player as far back as i could get it so to hide the cords, and my husband said he wanted it out on the edge of the glass, and last night he was telling me that I am an adult child when it comes to my pillow. I asked him why he feels its his job to try to fix or change me, he said because its selfish and that would not have been put up with in his family. He made a comment last night and said that women are always trying to change men, why can't a man do it to woman? Why can't my husband relax and leave me alone? Why does he feel that it his job to try to make me let go of my quirks or change them?????? I don't think he loves me for me.

We did not send Save the Date cards when my daughter selected her wedding date. (My husband adopted my daughter 5 years ago and has raised her since she was seven). Even though I told me husband he should tell his brother the date because he just got engaged, my husband did not call his family to inform them. After we booked all the vendors for my daughter's date, my brother in law informs us of his wedding date, which is the same day. He did not want to change his date and immediately sent out invitations (6 months before his wedding date.) Do we still send an invitation to him and to the family and friends who already received an invitation to his wedding? Should we enclose a handwritten note stating we are aware there is a date conflict?

Does any one here believe that some people are just destined to be alone? Be honest and no sarcasm remarks. I have come to believe that some of us are just meant to be alone. This is not about losing a love, that's not the case, just about whether we could be destined to be alone. Maybe some are better off or will be happier alone.

i moved to england from a different country nearly 5 years ago (i'm 15).
on fri i contacted one of my old classmates who used to like me, and he asked me to phone him when i next visit (hopefully this summer) and said that he wants to see me 'after so many years'

the problem is that when i asked him about his life he said that he is a scum (dreg?) - and many people dont like him, because apparently he makes out of himself what he is really not.

so i dont know whether phoning him is a good idea, because i dont know what i'm getting involved with. although he is very nice to me, which makes everything even more confusing

What would you think? He says it hurts him not to be around me and clearly he is still attracted so why is he trying to just be friends for now. He says he hopes we can get back together in the future but he still wants to be friends just like we were before we got together. So if the attraction is still there and he still does the same things for me like he did when we were together why does he want to be just friends for now? help!

My sister is 28 years old, married with one daughter and last month, she got her period on the 4th of March. She still has not gotten her period, and it is already the 8th of April. She would either receive it on the 2nd or the 6th. She took 3 pregnancy tests and all three said a negative. What is going on?

i have lost trust with men!!!! i was hurt by my ex boyfriend emotionally and am now worried to get close to someone else incase they do the same. me and my boyfriend split about 3months ago and i have met someone else and have gone on several dates but am struggling to be close to him, he knows the situation but i am scared he wont be able to wait. and when i feel comfortable with having a relationship it will be too late.

this new person is lovely, completely different to my ex and all my friends say he is real nice and i know this but i just cant get close to him at the moment.

my question is will he be willing to wait?

Things are so difficult in my marraige that I think a trial seperation for a month or two is needed to give us both breathing space and to see how we feel after, my husband agrees too. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? and if so, what was the outcome?
