Well yelling wont solve anything so dont yell. Yes you can have a fight with out yelling. Never start a fight in public you dont want your friends to see the worst in you. Dont attack the other person and no name calling. Get to the point quickly if you dont things could escalate and if you feel as things are getting out of control take a break. If the situation cant be talked about right then and there wait till a little later when things have cooled a bit.and then tell then hey this bothered me. Cooler heads always prevail in a fight.

Pretty hard thing to do when you are fighting.

Fighting is an emotional response, being fair is a logical one. Oil and water.

If you are owning your own emotions and expressing them at the time they are occuring, then you have communicated your needs as an adult. That is being fair to the other person who may or may not agree or provide what you want/need at that moment.

Not fighting fair is witholding thoughts, emotions and hiding behavior, expecting people to "know" what you want, playing games, etc.

fighting is a waste of time, unless its self defense. in that case, there's no such thing as fair since you are already being violated. pull out the guns and fire, ask questions later, after they can no longer threaten you, your family, and everything you've worked hard and honestly for.

NO SUCH THING AS A "FAIR FIGHT"

"ALL IS FAIR IN LOVE AND WAR"

MY ADVICE IS "JUST DON'T FIGHT".

ARE THE SMALL THINGS REALLY WORTH FIGHTING OVER?

IF WE PICK AND CHOOSE OUR FIGHTS,THERE WOULD BE LESS DIVORCE IN OUR COURT SYSTEMS.

To begin with, you keep to the subject of the agurement. Next, no name calling and treat the other with respect. Finally, try to remember you love this person and try to really listen to the other one.

Gotta let it go. Bad feelings create scars.Saying hurtful things doesn't help anyone.Talk things out, and don't stay mad.
