my brother is smokeing to much pot we had to send him out of town to new yorkcity to live with our aunt, and now she calls me and saying he smokes to much pot and he is picking things from the garbage because he lost his job he is 22 now how do i tell him to smarten up we made him leave town to do beter for himself but its not turning out that way

what should i say to him to tell him to stop smokeing pot and come live with me

So my bf asked me to marry him this morning! But, he hasn't got my ring yet, he said his was getting one, but that isn't what matters. The major thing is that he doesn't want me to tell anyone we know about it until he asks my dad. Do you think he is wrong to ask me and not want anyone to know or do you think it is good that he wants me to wait to tell anyone until he asks my dad if it is okay. AND I already know he should have asked my dad first so don't comment on that plz!

divorced in 1999, had 2 kids, got back together in 2000, remarried in 2001 and had another child, everything was going pretty good until he got a job at a state prison and a part time job on the weekends. Then it's like we never saw him anymore, never made time for me, when there was me and him time, he wanted to spend it with his friends. So I turned to someone else who did pay attention to me after 6 years of being married to the same man twice. I left him for the second time and divorced again. I believe it was a mistake. I am with another man right now who treats me very well and my children very well, but I am not very happy. I feel Like I'm in a place where I don't belong. I feel that I belong with my ex husband and not with my boyfriend. My boyfriend really is not very outgoing, he likes to stay home and watch tv. But I find myself missing my ex very, very, much, and start wishing that we could work things out between us. Please help me with some advice. THANKS!!!

I have all the proof in the world that my dad is cheating on my mother ! But my dad isn't aware of this fact.

I don't know if I should tell my mother that, my dad is cheating on her.
Or- Just let it all play out, and see what happens, cause hopefully he'll get what he deservers!

I lent $9000 to my ex to get a car. I have the reciept for payment and some history of bank statements proving that she has been making payments...but not all of them. She still owes over $2400. She stopped making payments and changed her number. First...do I have a fighting chance? Secound...do I have to know her where abouts to have her served if I do try to bring her to court?

I'm not a lawyer & I don't have a lawyer. I 'm seeking retroactive child support from my ex-husband, and am representing myself (he has a lawyer). I began cross-examining him last day in court, and we're going back in 2 days. I don't know what I'm doing! The judge was getting annoyed with me for asking certain questions and now I'm confused! I don't know what kinds of questions I can and can't ask. I just spent the last 2 hours on the internet trying to find out how to cross-examine & couldn't find anything! Also, how do I make a closing statement? Thanks for your help!

We have been basically going out for a little over a month, I haven't kissed her yet (I can't seem to find the right time). But these past few weeks she's seems kind of bored with me, like every couple of day's she just gets really quiet around me, and doesn't talk to me much, but then the next day or so she's talkative again. me and my boyfriend have been together almost 6 months. Hes a great guy and all but he has trouble being romantic, and sweet. Like he rarely calls me baby, or sweetie, ect. I asked him about it and he says hes trying, but its uncomforable for him. Hes real into the army so always is mature, and tough. Hes a real cuddler, and does nice things, but.. I don't hear it in words. Its like very important to me for some reason I hear these things in a relationship also. Should I just hang on and see what happens, or talk to him again, or try to accept it. He does love me, he does say that.

My mom is really angry at me. She even cried because she says that I don't help out the house and basically do nothing for her.

She's making a really good food right now. I know she's really mad at me, I apologize but she didn't except. I'm really hungry, I didn't eat lunch and I wanted to eat the food she's making right as my dinner and lunch.

How can I eat when she's mad at me? That's her food she made. Should I just go to sleep?

I don't have as many issues with my mil as I use to but when I first married her son she was nosey as usual and wanted to be in our lives and business all the time. She would make nasty remarks and my husband never back me up, but now since I literally knocked her into her place things have changed. However I still have some resentment towards her nad I know she is very lonely. It's like she wants to be the wife she gets upset when her son buys me anything, and was so jealious when we got pregnant (which I lost) she pretended she was pregnant shortly afterwards. I know she has something wrong with her (which you would never know by looking) because she is a working class women just like the rest of us but she has this obsession with her sons. I was a relief to know she was the same way with her very GAY son wanting to still run his life but can someone just tell me WHAT THEIR FREAKIN PROBLEM IS

I really like hanging out with this girl that I've known for a couple of months now, and we did start hanging frequently since this past month, but lately I have been asking her if she wants to hang out, and not the other way around. Should I just wait for her to call me sometime to hang out? or should I still be the one asking her? I don't ask her that much maybe once or twice a week. I don't want to appear desperate for her friendship or whatever but I would like it if she would sometimes call or text me to see if I want to hang out. Should I after texting her this weekend, request to be her friend on myspace? I know its kind of a stupid question, but like I said I don't want to seem desperate or that I don't have a life outside of her, which is not the case at all because I have a lot of friends. So what should I do? I sent her an april fools joke today:) and she texted me back and said "No F***ing way" and then I told her that I was kidding and she replied "haha you loser".
