My mom passed away a few weeks ago. I did not attend her memorial service as I am several thousand miles away and not only could not afford to go, but felt it would cause turmoil as none of my three siblings speak to me. My mom didn't have any monetary assets, but she did have a considerable amount of antiques in her house. Her will states that she wanted her possessions to be split between the four of us. She didn't specify what she wanted to go to who. My sister is the executor of the will. She will not give me a copy of the will or a death certificate. When all of them went there for the memorial service, I am fairly certain that they took everything and divided it amongst themselves. Should I wait to see if they plan on respecting my mom's wishes and including me by giving me a portion of the estate, or should I talk with an attorney? All that I would really like to have is copies of some of her photographs, though I wouldn't mind passing some of her belongings to my children.

My mom was diagnosed when I was 6. After the first six months and probably 20 surgeries, she couldn’t talk, feed herself, and she could barely walk. My brothers, my dad and I were caring for her like she was a baby. For a year she was a “vegetable state” and we would then have to change diapers. Those two years were hard on all of us. I don’t think I have ever gotten over the devastation it brought. My mom died two years later when I was 8 right before I started 3rd grade. I was my mom’s “little princess.” My life hasn’t been going to good from there. I am 15 years old now and live in a small Mormon town with only a couple neighbors with my dad and 2 brothers. We are the only non Mormons close by. Just over a year ago we had a family of 6 move in next door to us. They have 2 girls (10 and 12) and 2 boys (6 and 8). At first I wanted nothing to do with the mother. I’ve been that way since my mom passed away.

I went to work. I took care of him. he was disabled and I wanted to do for him like no other, cause I understood. I put out and put out but look where it got me. I am me and I always put everything I can in a relationship. so why did this happen? he was so calm and collected when he kicked me out?

I rarely go out..like to hang out and stuff. I mean, i never do that. If i ever go out i go to bookstore and see books or i go to library or lonely park. The rest of the time i do hobbies like making illustrated stories, computer graphics, playing guitar and stuff like that.

I'm not saying i wouldn't go out somewhere with my girl, if i had one. But i'm saying, i would also like to spend alot of time with hobbies. So what do girls do in this situation? What if i invite her to my hobbies.

Something told me to look at a pile of envelopes on the dresser of his, and I saw/found the paternity test he took. It was dated for early last week and its positive.

How do I keep myself from going crazy and how do i bring this up to him? because when i see him at this point im punching the **** out of him, im mad, upset, and frustrated.

Also, can the mother put a hypenated last name on the baby, without the father signing to do so? such as Baby Her last name-his last name.

She was the reason we almost got divorced. I want her out of his life completely. She has alot of nerve going t o him , especially when there are alot of other drs. out there. My husband says she is just a patient and wont show her the door. What should i do. Her husband thinks they are just old family friends. Doesnt know they were a couple in the past. He and I have been dating 1 year +. His 2 adult children still live with him. They get everything they want and are ungrateful, spoiled brats. I am excluded from everything...including this past christmas...where he had "real" obligations. After christmas eve and christmas day were finished he was finally allowed to come over that night. They call him, incessantly when we are together. Every problem they have...he fixes. Is there room (for real) for me...or am I just there to distract him from his grieving? He loved his wife very much, and I respect that. I just dont know if I should hold out hope for the 2 of us or continue to build my own life?

The guy I'm dating is American, I'm british, he says the reason he doesn't call often is cuz of the price of phonecalls are sooo expensive in the UK. He said he'd prefer to buy me a ticket to go see him which he purchased for over £100 so I could spend the weekend with him. He's perfect apart from the lack of calling, I've told him bout this but he complains that I nag too much and that I'm trying to change him, now that Im home, I've decided to not complain and act distant......what do you think I should do?!
BTW, we both live in the UK (250 miles apart) Do you think I should worry bout the amount of calls I recieve?
