So she was very annoying last year but she has gotten worse this year we have talked to her many times but nothing seems to be getting through her head. What should we do? Either stay friends with her or tell her that we aren't friends anymore??

just go up to her and be like well look iv tryed telling you the nice way but you just wont listen your are annoying etc.and if that doesnt get threw her head just stop talkin to her but if you where her true friend u wouldnt try and dump her as a friend

give her a warning,say u are getting REALLY annoying ok and its not funny anymore so if u dont stop we arent gonna be ur friend,tell her the absolute truth

The only choice you have is to just not be around her and don't participate in activities where she is. I am not saying to be mean to her, but just drop her.
