If you can talk with a lawyer who is a member of the bar in your state (ie a real lawyer not just a so called notery) who specializes in this that would be best. Or you could speak directly with INS and ask for help and info. That is assuming that you yourself are here legally or are a citizen. There are also ministries and agencies that are very knowledgable and helpful about this. One is L.A.M.P. P O Box 5637 Gainesville, GA 30504. L.A.M.P. has ppl who have experience and contacts with INS and has a good understanding of these things. They do not charge a fee but do ask for an offering to help with the work of the miinistry if they are able to help. Another possibility may be Catholic social services depending on your specific area.

DO NOT pay any money to anyone who claims they can bring them in for you or get you papers just as good as real or find a way around the government. You will not only be out the money these coyotes (illegal ppl movers) are likely to put her and the children in life threatening situations.

She can prolly get a legal visitors permit (visa) wthout a problem if she has no criminal record. However converting a viisitor's viosa to a green card is a whole different thing and not easy if it is even possible. If these are your children that may affect their status but don't say they are if they are not because of DNA testing issues. There is a possibility you could adopt them but even with that they are not guaranteed citizenship and there are rules and regs that must be followed.

married with a fiance? hmmmm. i guess you'll get your green card from some girl stupid enough to believe you, then. maybe you could start building a tunnel, or a hot air balloon for your wife and kids. hey, here's an idea:

APPLY FOR A VISA and good luck!
