At the place Im working at for almost 18months now there is so much gossip and drama, most of the people hate me for 1 reason Ive exposed most of their all boys click as liars and thiefs there are still some left and one has a hold on the boss (blackmail), me and the boss have become friend very very very good friends and they are all really jealous that Im the bosses right hand woman. So they are constantly making up crazy stories about me and my family and even went as far as to go to thr RCMP and make fake claims that I was a crack dealer (last year) anyways Ive almost quit tones of times every time my boss begs pleads and gives me money to put up with it. So I have stayed, what would you do get the people back (not really my style but at this point Im no longer me), quit and run away or just try to tuffen up like my boss tells me to do - he says when your on top everyone wants to take you down

My gf of 4 yrs and I broke up a few months ago. It was kind of mutual but I was pushing it a little more. We've remained friends but recently shes been telling me that its too hard to be friends and that we need to either get back together or she's going to move on. I took this as sort of an ultimatum and felt that I couldn't be pressured into making a decision like that. I'd get back with her but I just have this gut feeling that I need to be on my own for a while. Also I feel if I was pressured to get back together it would be for the wrong reasons and the relationship would suffer in the long run. Well it turns out she is moving on and that we can't talk anymore. She says theres no chance we'll get back together but for some reason I'm still optimistic that there is a chance. Am I an idiot who just made the biggest mistake of his life or should I stick to my feelings that now is not the right time? Is there a chance she didn't mean it that there's no chance of getting back together?

He and I have known each other for a very short period of time, and he gave me a promise ring before I left to go to Germany. I'm going to be here for the next two years, probably Turkey for 15 months, and then settling in Italy. He says now that we're engaged, and he's looking for diamond engagement rings, but I've told him that I'm not ready. I'm 19, and I want to get my degree in nursing and in art before anything drastic happens in my life. He's never met my parents, and he keeps thinking that I really don't want to get married because I want to wait. This makes no sense to me. I mean, shouldn't he want to wait? I don't want to have to split my attention between my future children and school, and I don't want to be financially unstable, so that's why I want to get education out of the way. I also am not ready for such a big commetment. He says that it's hard to trust me because everytime I raise the subject it's "one thing after another." Help!!

Whenever there's a girl I find myself attracted to, I usually don't get hard or have any desire to undress her. I just get an overwhelming desire to want to be with her and to want to be loved by her. Does this make me less of a man because I don't crave sex with them? Is there something wrong with me? I'm not effeminate or metrosexual or anything like that by any stretch of the imagination.

BTW, if you were wondering, yes I do get hard sometimes, however, it is only when I get confronted by dirty things that resonate with my more primitive sexual desires, not with something clean like meeting a wonderful girl.

I am in my 30's and find that when you stand up to your date and say 'wow, that hurt my feelings, please don't do that again.' or set some kinds of boundery.. that the man tends to call you moody or withdraw and react in some sort of 'temper tantrum way', trying to get a rise out or you or start a fight or something? I find that I stay very calm and am much less upset and emotional, I tend to be the grounded, calm one that won't take crap or the blame... do other women find this?

i understand women getting treated badly a lot by men and it affects how they interact in future relationships but are there any good ones left? not all us men are dogs but it seems like the ones who aren't get stuck with the title too. theres seems to be no more easy living in love anymore, all drama and stress.

We've been together 3 years. I had a daughter going into the relationship and we now have a son. I told him on our first date, because he asked, that I had been with 12 people, a few were one night stands. He has just put together the timeline in his head of when I was with these people and it all happened within a year. He doesn't think he will be able to get past this. Is there anything I can say to make things better? Should I try or is this his problem in his head he has to deal with?

my girlfriend and i have been together for about 6 months and we have had been together in the past as well. i know that i love her but i want to sleep with other women as well.

i did just that about 3 weeks ago and it didn't feel the way i thought it would feel.

the girl was cool and kind of crazy but i smashed anyway.

while the two of us where doing it my girlfriend called and i ignored the call.

since then my girlfriend has been acting all wierd and doesn't talk to me the same way. like she is disgusted with me.

so the question is should i tell her i cheated or just leave the situation alone?

remember i love her and i dont want to hurt her in any way.

I want to first state that I live in a part of the country where open bars are very uncommon, so keep that in mind...

My wedding reception will be held at a place where they do not sell alcohol, so we have to bring in our own and not sell it. We will have about 135 guests, most of them do drink, most don't very heavily.

We are planning on having 3 kegs of beer, 25 bottles of wine, 3 1.75 liters of Captain Morgan, 2 1.75 liters of brandy, 2 1.75 liters of whiskey, 2 1.75 liters of vodka, 2 liters of Baileys, 2 liters of Midori, and 2 liters of Amaretto. Do you think this will be enough for a six hour reception?? We'll have various mixes for the liquor also. And does this sounds like a fair enough variety - there will be no other alcohol available, not even for purchase.

Thanks for any help!!

I don't have the money to go to a therapist.See,I become attracted to someone.I start dating them, and then it starts to get tiring for no apparent reason.Do you think I just haven't found the right person yet or am I just having trouble giving someone a full chance?I'm still young,I'm 19(maybe that has something to do with it).I'm not the shallow/immature type either. All my girlfriends have said that I have commitment problems, but maybe they're just being bitter...?If this is true, what am I doing wrong?I can't afford therapy.

I went to stay with my daughter who is 14 years old and lives in another state. My ex-husband had moved due to job reasons. His mother was helping to take care of her.

I left because I could not adjust to the constant interference from my ex and his mother.

Now, he is saying the I stole things from the house and the he will take drastic actions to get the things that I know I did not take back from me. He also says that I created bitterness in them and let them down. He says that my daughter never wants to see me again for the rest of her life. He says that I have ruined my daughter and her grades are bad for the time when I was there.

My parents are telling me to focus on myself and look into finding a companion, take a class and improve myself. I am not able to because I feel so guilty for hurting them and especially my child. He has not followed the visitation rules in the past though per the court order.
