Duh!

Go out and find some woman(from anywhere)that doesn't care that you are married and have a go at it.

OR...

maybe do the mature thing and TALK to your wife about the affair and how it has affected you, and the relationship.
Get some help dealing with these issues, if you think the relationship is worth fixing...if not, then be the better person and LEAVE.

*Two wrongs don't make a right*

Grow up. Get a divorce and then find another special someone. If your married your married. Her cheating won't change that commitment. Do the right thing. Character is doing the right thing when nobody is watching, regardless of what someone else did as well.

You don't want to start an affair. Revenge doesn't always work the way you think it will. In fact, very seldom does it work at all because you don't know how something will affect someone until after the fact. Having sex with someone else will not help you get over what happened. It might help you deal with it, may boost your confidence a little, but thats about it. Trust me, its not worth it.

I'm no where near innocent or pure so I'm coming from a different perspective than the traditional woman. I'm speaking from the point of view from someone who used to cheat all the time, had a long look in the mirror, came to terms with 'me', and no longer conduct myself the same way. To speak plain and honest, you should never cheat unless you're going to get something out of it, otherwise its a waste of your time. My friend, your reasons for cheating will keep you from getting anything from the experience- you won't get any sexual satifaction. If you're just doing it out of revenge, there's nothing for you to get out of it unless you do it so that your wife comes in and catches you in the act. Only then will there be a chance that she'll become aware of how seriously you take her infidelity. Just mentioning to her that you were unfaithful, just as she was unfaithful, will not stab at her like you think. Suppose she actually wants to go back to the guy she was with, you cheating will give her the push she needs to do it without guilt and you guys have a begun a painful cycle of tit for tat.

You need to find out why your wife cheated. Is she looking for something sexually that you're not providing? Is she interested in a particular person and actually wants to be with him/her? Is her sex drive increasing where she wants sex more often? As long as her cheating has nothing to do with you, encourage her sexuality by indulging in some of her fantasies. Let her take the lead, sometimes. If she has a sexual appetite that you can't quench, consider an alternative lifestyle- like swinging. If you're the traditional type and it would challenge your morals to include others into your sex life, you may want to consider a divorce. People say that sex shouldn't matter in a relationship. I'm here to tell you that it does and you're kidding yourself to think otherwise. It matters a whole, whole lot. Two people who aren't on one accord sexually, are headed for trouble even if no one has yet cheated. You can deny the obvious all you want but I've seen relationships break up over sex so I know it to be true in many instances. People who are honest with themselves and come to terms with their sexuality, find more sexual satisfaction in their relationships. Most people will settle for the dishonest, masked-over relationship because its safe. Some people prefer excitement over safety. Your wife may prefer excitement over safety.

Ever heard the saying "two wrongs don't make a right"? Well it applies here. If you are hurt enough to want to hurt her back, I think you need to be separated for a while. Attend counselling together, and see where your marriage truly stands. It will take tons of effort from the both of you to make it work. If either one of you don't want to put that much into making this better, then you won't last.
Good Luck.

Apparently you don't understand strategy very well. Hold onto the high ground. When my (now ex)wife started doing the same thing, I kept ahold of my dignity and integrity by holding the moral high ground. Don't be a fool.

two wrongs don't make a right, revenge only hurts the one seeking it. so either get a divorce and move on or stay with her, and seek therapy, but don't go behind someones back and cheat just because they did it to u, all your doing is compromising your character, and good name, and belief's, just to get even. just never quite works out the way u think it will.

Ok, seriously?? Didn't it hurt you when you found that she cheated?? Why would you want to stoop to that level?? If it's bad enough that the both of you are (or are thinking of) cheating, then why not get a divorce?? That's just stupid.
