Like I said, I'm only 14, and I live in a different state then the bride, but I'm maid of honor for my friend's wedding and I'm really confused. I've looked up all the maid of honor duties and I can't do half of them, because I live in a different state. I really don't know what to do.....

I'm supposed to make a speech, but I've only seen the groom while he was passing through while we were visiting. I don't know what I'm supposed to put in the toast or speech.

Also, am I supposed to make a toast at the rehearsal dinner? What am I supposed to put in that?

I'm really nervous because I feel like a bad maid of honor and I don't want to let the bride down, because she's always been there for me.....

Can someone please give me advice?

im gonna use dif names Tom and Ginger are dating.Sarah is there best friend. Sarah is also friends with Jessica who likes tom. Jessica hates Ginger so she wants to break them up. Over the phone Ginger alwaz talkes about tom and how she loves him. Then Sarah gets on the fone wit Jessica one nite and jessica says that the next day shes gonna break them up. I will be getting out of high school soon and I have the most amazing boyfriend in the world! We're so in love. I know that many people on here say this and sound immature, but he is everything to me. He is the love of my life, my best friend, a shoulder to cry on and a someone who can always cheer me up. We both believe that it is important to wait till you're married to have sex, so we aren't physically attached, its deeper than that.

The problem is, I am almost positive that I have the opportunity to attend the United States Naval Academy, which only a tenth of applicants are accepted. It is very exciting, but in order to go there I must serve 5 years in the Navy. My goal for the future is to get involved in the federal government, and this would be great experience.

I know that I can't completely base my decision on my boyfriend, but I can't not take it into account. I would love to hear from couples that are in the military or have been. Thanks for your help

This girl I've been dating for 3 months has changed. She was happy for a while then all of the sudden she's not happy around me anymore. I've asked her if anything was wrong, I tried to get an answer out of her and she said "nothing was wrong". She won't answer her phone, reply to email, or anything. She said she's left the phone in the car, but most girls go no where w/out their phone.

Her friends have told me that they've seen her with a different guy at the movie theater and just recently a bonfire party but, they weren't doing anything. I've asked her about it and she said it's one of her friends from a different school. I'd hate to think she's cheating on me, but if she is then that would really break me down.

Is she cheating on me or am I being paranoid?

I have 5 girls standing up with me, and four of the 5 have the same dress, one of those is my matron of honor. My cousin, number 5, had to get a different dress due to not having one that fit in her size, and being last minute. WHat is a special title I could call her, as she is a great friend of mine too?

There's a girl that I really like, and she constantly gives me signs that she likes me too. She always comes and sits next to me and then starts a conversation, offers me rides home, etc. But I constantly see her talking to many of her female companions and they will all start laughing (not the "he likes you" giggle, but more of a, "that's really pathetic" laugh) and then they all glance over at me. That gives me the impression that they're ridiculing me (and she's the only one talking before they all start laughing). She also does stuff like when she sits next to me, she sort of scoots in my direction so I scoot over a bit, but then, as if she's repulsed, she leans away... What's going on here?

For those of you girls that answer how do get your boyfriend or husband to do some of what you want too. Like I like it when "my guy" takes a breast and squeezes hard repeatedly. But I havent had that with this guy. my ex-guy would but I don't know how to get him to do it.

I was hoping by knowing what others guys liked I could see if he liked any of that. If I did something he liked he may do something I like Right?

I am an 18 year old high school student (graduating this June) who has been with my boyfriend for almost five years now. Our relationship has stood up to a 1 year long distance relationship and other various setbacks, but our relationship is so strong now. We have already exchanged promise rings, and recently my boyfriend and I have been discussing the idea of marriage. We really want to get married soon (money really isn't an issue in this), but I don't know if there is any real reason not to. Anyone have any opinions on this?

For the past four years I have been trying to divorce my husband. When I hired a friend of mine to work for my company she started sleeping with my husband, I went to Orlando for the week-end and came home to him telling me that Barb had moved in and I could stay if I wanted. Needless to say I left and left everything there.

Because of the business I cannot get a divorce I can afford, every attorney wants $20,000 retainer and since I do not get any funds from the business I cannot pay for it. He doesn't want the divorce because Florida is 50/50,

I have tried everything, women's right's groups, legal aide, just a plain divorce and give him everything, still he refuses to pay for the divorce or even go through with it with me paying. I am sooooooooooo frustrated and soooooooooooo upset after all these years, years I have actually lost, could not meet anyone else and love them or marry them, I'm still married.

Does anyone have a "real" suggestion about what I can do?

I've been working in France and my fiancée lives with our 7 months old daughter in Chicago, IL. Recently, she has "renewed" a lost connection with her friend male friend in Chicago and they talk on the phone and stuff. My fiancée and this guy were very close and they even had sex in the past. We have plans to get married when I go to the US! I dont like the idea of her being in contact with someone she had been intimate with(!!) i have expressed my views to her and she tells me she doesnt see no "wrong" in this because they now are good friends....am I being inconsiderate? or is this normal for me not to want her to keep in touch with this person...(I have never met this person) ...she also says he is her only friend and she needs someone to talk to....any suggestions??????

I'm 52 and he's 58. We're both divorced of extremely long marriages and our kids are all grown and on their own. We've been seeing each other for over 2 years. Love each other dearly and goood sex partners. Do we move in together and share expenses because Marriage by legal document especially after our Divorces cost alot of money kinda scares the crap out of us. I was going to get married in the summer of 2007 but things didn't work out the way I hoped. My guy that I was planing to spend the rest of my life with has Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and pretty much pushed me out of his life. Now I'm left with a big ring and want notting to do with it. Everytime I look at it. I get sick to my stomach. What should I do with it. Should I give it back to him, take it to a pawn shop and give it away or should I give it to his faimly? I don't know. But I don't want something that reminds me of him all the time.

He seems to be too tired after a hard day at work to take a shower... The thing is he'll go to bed like that, will ask for sex and then go back to work without taking a shower the next day as well. What infuriates me is that he gets offended if I refuse any form of intercourse with him. I mean asking him to wash his hands turns into a problem. He is like that at least 3 days out of 7 w/intervals of course. I mean I take 2 showers a day and always take care of my appearance , so what gives?
