well, when i was your age....i always think that i was in love and he is my true love....that our love will last....but when i become older & mature....i realized what's the difference of what i felt during that age...so what you feel is just a 'PUPPY LOVE'...that's why don't mistake it as a true love....true love will come but not at this stage ;> just take your time and enjoy life...you're still young....;> take care

I think somebody can feel love at any age. It may be for different reasons, or on a different level of somebody older, but somebody knows what love is from the time they are a little baby. What are you feeling? Do you think about this person all the time? When you see them do you feel overwhelmed? Would you drop anything just to see or talk to them? If so, you just may know a little about the "L" word! Just don't rush into anything. Enjoy these new feelings you are having day by day. The reason I say not to rush anything is because that's how you end up getting hurt. Noone can tell you how love feels, because love is what each person makes of it. Good luck.

It is 14 year old love. When you get older you will realize that's not the love you would want at 25 or 30. At 14 you haven't reached your full potential as a person and just learning about life so it's not the love of an adult but the love 14 y.o. mind can feel . People say that because they don't want you to do anything now that you will regret later because you aren't a mature adult yet.

At 14 you cannot imagine what true love is ... You are confusing simple crush with love. Here's a way to test it. If you are still together after you both finish college, and want to get married because you are still in love, then perhaps you were right and everyone else was wrong. Don't be so serious at such a young age ... You have so much to experience ...

Hah, I believe you can be. I am 14, as well. I have a boyfriend, we're both mature to know what love is and I feel I will end up living with him for the rest of my life. I know what love is ...people who say you don't, I'd say they don't understand you enough. Maybe that, or they care and they don't want ya taken? I'm not sure how to put it but hell I know I'm in love. Oh and, trust me, this isn't puppy love. Puppy love was my last ex. This is real love, and Lord knows it.

Love can be found at any age. Its just the factors that change views. Like responsibilities. When you're 14, all you worry about is homework and school and what you are going to wear tomorrow. When you're 24, you worry about bills, work, ect. ect. When you are older, you are wiser and you seem to look for those important traits (responsibility, independence, success, intellect) rather than looks.

you can be in love since birth sweety You start to be in love with your parents .....ect & when hormones kick in at age 12 you start liking the other sex (Ihope)if you are normal Yes you can fall in love & may be you don't know much but you got to start some day & when is this day gonna come ? To you it's here I'm a Doctor I wasn't born one but went to school & learned you are learning & by no means you are the Romeo or juliette But one day you will be I remember falling in love with a nurse at age 10 she was beautiful & when I became a doc I went to her home town in Bethlehem Israel & asked about her they told me she moved to anothe rcountry I was sad. Any way if you feel it it's there enjoy your self you are healthy & normal be thankful

well dear i am 31 years old and i fell in love at 14 with a 17 year old and we are still friends and i will alway love him but don't need to be with each other because we are different now but yes i believe you can be in love at your age. just don't do anything stupid you will regret at your age you don't have to go the whole way to be in love.
