How do you heal a broken heart??? Like if your boyfriend dumps you simple because he wants to "figure out his life". Then how do ya'll deal with that, cause my heart literally hurts. It feels like sharp pains in my chest.

my ex still calls me and is convincing himself that i stil want him . i told him he was sadly mistakin and im not worried bout him. he thinks i loved him and i definately didnt. hes old news and i have already moved on .. but he thinks that he can get back at me by talkin to one of my ex best friends . hes dum cuz she dont want him shes playin him. so now he thinks that im insulted when its actually kinda of funni.

Okay, I've been friends with this really sweet, great girl for about 2 months now, and we got along so well that I decided to tell her I like her and to ask her out on a date. I did just that but got shot down (nicely, at least -- she said that she wasn't ready for that yet).

Anyway, I like/love her well enough that I'm willing to go out on a limb and ask again sometime soon. I just don't know how long to wait! She's very shy, so I think pestering her about it would hurt more than it would help, but I don't want to get stuck in a permanent "just friends" mode (yech!) either.

So, how long do you think I should wait? We're classmates, so she isn't going anywhere immediately.

I broke up with my boyfriend last night because he cheated on me for the 3rd time and a girl is pregnant with his baby. I am 24 and a senior and he is 23 and does NOTHING. My fiancee of 5 yrs is pushing to get married now that we have an 8 mnth old daughter. She knows I'm not divorced yet, but she did quit work to take care of my 8yr old son and our daughter! Well as I posted about before last Sunday morning while I was out to the store two men broke into my house and raped my fiancee (who lives with me) and cut my daughters legs with a balde. We are all slowly recoverign from it. My fiancee feels useless and powerless and is horribly shaken. Prior to the rape we slept in seperate bedrooms most nights since we are not married yet but since then she has slept with me. My daughter is recovering but thankfully she was not raped but threatned. My question is how do I deal with my fiancee's depression. She refuses to have sex (which I am not upset about nor object to I understand) but she says she will never have sex again even after our wedding. She also refuses to go into counciling Can someone give advice? Also the police are investigating so dont suggest police.

Im gay well bi I cant help it was born that way i knew i was attracted to men the day i could talk. Ive always been a chill guy that could just sit back talk cuddle by the pool and cry for no reason then laugh and gorge myself in chinese.But I hurt so bad inside because all my life ive been forced to be something im not.I've been forced to be something that im not. My dad has made me play football and basketball when half the time i had the natural talent to make the team but i was never reallly good or had the passion to play sports. I have had a crush on a man for the last two years but we have both been in a real serious relationship but now we are both single which have made my feelings grow even more for him. well they say to show a guy that you're interested is to use touch, and eye contact and to be near him and all that. Well whenever I get around the guy I like I do the complete opposite, I don't touch him, or even try to hug him because I don't want him to think I'm weird. I look away when we make eye contact because I don't want him to catch me staring (but you're supposed to hold eye contact for a few seconds right?) so what's the deal.

What can I do? She is beautiful and very intelligent.Her professional life is perfect. Looking at her you would think her life is so good, But her love life is HORRIBLE. Her boyfriend is pure evil. Her father and I, her sisters and brothers all worry about her so much. Her man talks her into giving up her paychecks every pay day and she always falls for his crap. She gives in to his lies and bull #@$%. I have decided to let her face her own consequenses now and not rush to get her when he's screwed her over yet again. I don't want to keep letting her move back home when things go bad but my heart breaks and I worry about her so much. She's my oldest daughter.I divorced her father when she was 4 and her 3 younger sisters and brothers were almost babies still. I prayed that I got them all away in time to have a good emotional life.
