Don't say I love you, it will scare him away. Like throughing a rock in a river trying to catch a fish. They will go the opposite way of the hook. Just kiss him normally, but do it in front of people. Make him look good. He will get a kick out of that.

start slow if you guys are just starting out.... like glaze your lips over his w/o full contact (make sure your lips are wet or on lip gloss).
